I’ve had appliances and repairs for over 40 years. That’s a lot to be compared. I am pleased with their service and their response and their technicians are well trained. Their technicians are kind and caring. They always show me what broke and caused the trouble and teach me things about my machine each time. If you want great technicians who care to explain what happened and care to understand and repair it as quickly as possible contingent on parts then this is your place.

If I could give this company zero stars I absolutely would. In fact, if you look on Yelp & through these reviews they show the true story of how bad this company really is. This was an insurance claim through Allstate/SquareTrade. The first scheduled date was to come on a Monday, they called and rudely said nope, Tuesday. Ok fine, the first technician that showed would not fix my dishwasher claiming they needed new parts, which I already had. He was here for a total of 7 mins. They were rescheduled to come out on a Friday, they finally called at noon (mind you scheduled time was 8-12) and laughed at me on the phone saying they won't show up until Wednesday between 8-12. Well here comes Wednesday, they did not show, when I called the office, Gail who answered the phone was so rude and stated I wasn't on the schedule and would have to leave a message for someone else. So now, we are over 2 weeks still without a repair. Do not use this company. They really need to find some staff that actually knows what customer service means as well as knowing what it means to stand by your word of scheduled timing. I sure wish I would of known this going into this ordeal.

The technician sent to repair my fridge was extremely rude. He scolded me because I opened the boxes with parts that were sent to me. He refused to complete any of the repairs because an extra part was needed to repair one of the issues. He could have fixed the second problem, but he refused to do it. Then he took all of my parts with him. After he left, I noted he made a huge dent in the door he was working on. I could not be more upset and dissatisfied.

My washing machine was broken. When Gary, the competent technician who arrived on time, was all done, the 10 YO Maytag was running like new. Clothes are coming clean and the machine is now SUPER quiet. Highly recommend.
