I had a visit with Metropolis Dermatology at their San Jose, CA. site and it was a great visit. I was thoroughly examined, had some moles checked, etc. I had my finger checked, was prescribed an ointment that has cleared an issue that I've there for many years. This is an efficient office, and they pay attention to details. The entire process from setting an appointment to the follow up after the exam was great!

I had a really great experience here and wanted to share a few helpful tips for anyone coming for the first time. First, definitely call the office ahead of time to confirm which building they’re in — it’s a bit tricky to find. Also, the gate to the building is locked, so you’ll need to give them a quick call when you arrive so they can let you in. For parking: Use the garage at 45 N Market St. — it's free for the first 90 minutes. The front office staff were super friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Vera Lee, and she was fantastic. She really took the time to listen, and instead of just handing me a bunch of prescriptions, she walked me through several treatment options based on my preferences. She explained everything clearly, including the pros and cons of each choice, and made sure I understood before moving forward. The visit felt very efficient, but not rushed. I got all my questions answered and left feeling confident and well taken care of. The office is very modern Highly recommend!

Walking into this beautiful Office with a view feels like you are stepping into a luxury resort. I was greeted by two very professional employees. (You can tell when someone enjoys their work and these two definitely do). There was literally a one minute wait in the very comfortable waiting area, complete with a host of treats, coffee, tea etc and ushered back by a medical assistant who went over my health history with me. What seemed like not even two minutes later, the doctor came in and greeted me. He immediately put me at ease with his friendly nature and we chatted about my concerns. I felt comfortable, reassured and knew I was in good hands. I drove nearly and hour and a half to see this doctor because I heard so many things about his expertise and the great care he gives to his patience. I would drive three hours if I had to. Rare to find an office, office staff and medical experts like this in today’s world. I almost didn’t want to leave a review as I don’t want all of not cal going there. lol. But seriously…great experience. I give it ten golden stars and a platinum cherry on top!

The level of professionalism competence and excellent service that I experienced in this clinic was so incredibly amazing that I truly felt compelled to post this review as a sign of gratitude, and also to help others find this fantastic practice! I saw Ms. Vera Lee a few times for some skin issues. She carefully listened to my concerns each time, and took a methodical approach to address each issue separately. She was very knowledgable and super professional. All of the medications that she prescribed worked perfect. I had a couple of issues that required laser treatment, and she was able to administer the treatment with ease and no complications afterwards. I was very impressed 👍👍🙏 The staff in this clinic are super friendly and very kind. Many thanks to Julie and the front desk admins. All staff were wonderful and accommodating. Regarding accommodation: I actually came in one day without an appointment, and they graciously squeezed me into their busy schedule, with Ms. Vera seeing me, clearly explaining to me my options and answering all my questions, and then performing a quick surgery to remove a deep mole on that same day! Incredible 5🌟 service 🙏 One additional advantage about this clinic is that they don't push cosmetic or unnecessary products on you. If there is something that can help your condition which is not covered by insurance, such as laser treatment for example or special formulas that they make in the clinic; my experience was that they explain all the advantages and trade-offs with the financial cost all upfront, and they let you make the decision. They are very professional honest and don't try to push anything on you. There was a medicine that was not available in the pharmacy which would treat my skin condition faster, and I chose to go for it. What was even more impressive is that they made that medicine for me in house when I gave them the go ahead, and I was able to pick it up after my laser treatment session. Many thanks for Ms. Vera and all of the staff at Metropolis Dermatology for all of their help kindness and professionalism. It's truly remarkable 👌🙏🙏
