Dear Friends, Yesterday was a heartbreaking day for me and my family. We knew the time had come though heartbreaking we knew Jacob was making his transition and crossing the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you Dr.Lakey and your staff for making this ending special. Your care and comfort was something I never expected. You gave both myself and Jocob a comfortable atmosphere so we could say goodbye. The world needs alot more individuals like you and your staff. SINCERLY The Teague Family, Mrs.Norma Roberson and Mrs. Peggy Isom..
Best in class. Everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. It’s clean, they have an app you can use for your phone and they are upfront with their pricing and services. We will never go anywhere else.
🌟 Amazing Experience with Dr. Haley and Team! 🌟 We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with Dr. Haley as our veterinarian. She is absolutely fabulous extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions about our new puppy. Her expertise with the German Shepherd breed was incredibly reassuring, and she explained everything so clearly, making us feel confident in caring for our pup. The front staff are equally amazing! I have never felt this comfortable with a vet office team before. They are so friendly, attentive, and never made me feel rushed even when I was panicked because our puppy was sick. Their patience, kindness, and reassurance meant the world to us. If you are looking for a veterinarian you can trust, this is absolutely the place to go. Exceptional care, knowledgeable staff, a welcoming environment, and very affordable too. We are so grateful to have found this team! 🐾❤️
I have taken my dogs here for years, and I have never been disappointed. The staff here is very kind and knowledgeable and treat you like family. The new building is awesome!
First of all, let's make one thing crystal clear: I can count on one hand the number of instances where I have felt compelled to publicly review ANYTHING. So, the fact that you're reading these words is a literal and legit rarity. That should help allow you to understand the intensity and importance behind what I'm about to tell you. I want you to close your eyes for a moment and bring to the front of your mind someone that you trust the most -- a parent, a sibling, a best friend, etc. As you're picturing that special someone, I want you to observe the ways in which their presence in your life affects you -- emotionally, physically, spiritually, etc. I want you to let what you feel wash over you entirely, making a mindful and concerted effort to fully realize where you're at once those feelings have run their course. That is who Chad, along with the rest of the staff at Midway Animal Clinic, is to not only myself, but to the rest of my family as well. We were actually introduced to Chad YEARS ago while he was practicing at a clinic in Clemmons with another locally well-known veterinarian. When it came time for him to start his own fledgling practice in Midway, we didn't hesitate to follow along, despite the fact that we live in Clemmons, which meant that we'd now have to face a half hour commute to and from the office where he'd decided to set up shop. (As a quick side note, I just want to say that the new office building they recently moved into is quite lovely and accomodating.) There may be quite a few people who would say something similar about their vet of choice, and I'd never try to discount the way anyone feels about something important to them. However, it's imperative that what I'm saying to you not be dismissed as a matter of course: when I tell you that Chad (and his staff) cares about each and every animal that comes through the door? CHAD👏CARES👏ABOUT👏EACH👏AND👏EVERY👏ANIMAL👏THAT👏COMES👏THROUGH👏THE👏DOOR. I have no idea what others have said -- good, bad, or indifferent -- about this place. I don't need to have an idea. And neither do you. Because the ONLY thing you need to know about the staff at Midway Animal Clinic is this: they truly, deeply, and without exception or compromise, care about what you care about. They will go out of their way, bend over backwards, do every possible thing they can to ensure that what means the most to you receives the absolute best, most compassionate care they could ever have the chance to receive. And they do that, without fail, EVERY SINGLE TIME. If ANYONE has ever had a less than stellar experience dealing with Chad and the team at Midway -- you, someone you know, or some random person online, I absolutely guarantee that the actual fault lies with the patient and not the provider. Maybe that someone was having a bad day, or maybe they had a preconceived notion of how things were going to happen -- poor experience in the past, unrealistic expectations, an inability to perceive actual reality, etc. Regardless of the cause, I PROMISE you this: the people at Midway do it right, every time. And they do it without expecting a "Thank you." They do it without the need for fanfare, or gifts, or even so much as a pleasant and cordial attitude on your part. In fact, and I'm just spitballing here, I'm 100% confident that, should you choose to be combative and rude and condescending and entitled and impatient and uncooperative, they'd be the same wonderful people they've always been. Because they care. Even if you don't. (From the bottom of my heart, Chad, let me reassure you that my family and I feel truly blessed -- a word I NEVER use, by the way -- to have you not only in our lives, but in the lives of every one of our dogs you've taken care of, too. You are the example that every one of your colleagues should aspire to resemble. The way you're able to combine professionalism with a deeply personal approach to your practice is what both endears you to us and causes us to trust you implicitly. You are tireless, peerless, and we couldn't be more grateful for you.)
