I’m 28 now and married, and I’ve been coming to this veterinary clinic since I was litterally a kid! The Minnehaha Team has been there through every moment of my childhood pets, and now they support me as I care for my very own cat and dog with confidence and independence. Over the years, I’ve built incredible trust with the front desk staff, the assistants, and the doctors. They’ve treated our pets like family and they’ve treated us like family too. We particularly have a great bond with Bobbie and Dr. Soule. We feel like the staff has always shown up with compassion, professionalism, and absolute genuine care. They LOVE our dog Marzipan, everyone genuilnly greats her and hopes she's doing well. Even new empoleeyes we meet fall in love with her and it's very hearwarming. I honestly can’t believe I haven’t written this review until now! I feel awful since they’ve earned it a hundred times over. If you’re looking for a vet who will walk alongside you through the joys and heartbreaks of pet ownership, this is the place. I’m endlessly grateful for the years of care, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I send so much love to the team and hope you know, YOU MEAN SO MUCH TO US!

We have been taking our pups here for the past 7yrs and just recently had our first surgical procedure as well. I cannot say enough good things about every single person who works here. We are so lucky to have them in the neighborhood!

Abbey , my 21 year old familiar, a Ragdoll cat, crossed the rainbow bridge recently. Her story – our story - is a tale of how thanks to the loving and expert care she received at Minnehaha Animal hospital we had five rich years together from the time she was diagnosed with kidney disease at 16 years old. That they provided loving care for her may sound like hyperbole, but I assure it is not. From that first visit after her diagnosis to having to say goodbye to Abbey the vets and staff at MAH truly took care of both of us. All through the years there were many questions by me about Abbey's care, and many adjustments of her care thoughtfully arranged between myself and the staff. A few times along the way I asked if now was the time for Abbey, because my prime and overriding concern was that she not be in pain, and that I wasn't extending her life for my benefit. I always knew I could trust their responses, even though I suspect it's not the kind of question vets and techs relish answering. I want to especially thank the vet techs who did most of the caring for Abbey, including Chris, Bobbi and Alyssa. There's no doubt in my mind that these three wonderful people helped me extend Abbey's life and keep its quality up. When her time came everyone at MAH helped me seamlessly through the process, despite my obvious deep grief. They were respectful, professional, and once again caring. Those are the kind of people you want taking care of your pets. Below is my first review from two years ago I've been owned by cats for more than 35 years now...so I've seen a lot of veterinarians in my time...and I can say without reservation that the staff and professionals at MAH are the best that I've ever encountered, by a wide margin. They are caring, knowledgeable and professional. They have seen me through some difficult cat times, and I thank them for that. Special shout outs to Bobbi, Chris and Alyssa, who have helped me and my cats so much.

My rescue dog Hank is very, very nervous going to the vet and just unsure about people in general. I was dreading bringing him to his appointment. He was just in for vaccinations and Chris and Dr. Soule were so great with him! I kept telling them how amazed I was that he was doing so well at his appointment and it was because of the two of them and the great care and patience they had with Hank. He had a good experience at that appointment and hopefully that carries into the next appointment too and he remembers this is the great place that gives him all of these treats while he lets the vet check him out and give him my vaccinations. I have been coming here for over 25 years and have been more that happy with everyone that has worked there.

Absolutely, the kindest, most authentic vet clinic. Called to get information on crematory services for our beloved, havenese, Cherry lu who had passed away in our arms. My sister has brought her pets here for years. From the first phone inquiry to the heartwarming card from staff, acknowledging her passing, Minnehaha vet clinic is most excellent! Thank you
