This place really helped me to get in touch and lear about my ancient ancestor Yoda after a long hard day at work. They offered complimentary rice and bananas after the session. 5/5 bells. Highly recommend.

I came here for the bananas and rice and was immensely disappointed 0/10 Yoda's from me.

The intro classes sunday mornings are a wonderful 1st step option. Its part of a 4 part series that starts over again once complete. Ive done 2 classes so far and really enjoyed both. Its free but they accept donations suggestedis $10. There is free street parking but they dont have a lot. The home is over 100 years old. Worth checking out if you've been on the fence. Lovely hosts.

A very peaceful place for meditation, right on the lake. For parking you'll need to find a place on the side streets as they have no lot of their own. The daily meditations are at 545 am and pm. Kind leaders, comfortable space, if a bit small.

I went today for the first time for one of the Intro hour sessions, and felt very welcomed. From the moment of arrival, a friendly but not pushy member welcomed me and explained how/when it starts. The teacher leading the session was very personable, and the main teacher of the centre made an effort to chat with newcomers during the social hour. Will return.
