We were so impressed by Miracle Movers! The quote was the most competitive we received, and the administrative process was made very easy by Danielle (even when we added an extra stop just a few days before our scheduled move). Our movers Alexander, Harold, and Maksim were incredibly efficient and careful with packing up our things. Most importantly, all three were so compassionate when our daughter ended up unexpectedly home on moving day with a fever. They even made sure to set up her bed in our new place as a priority so that she could get a proper nap and rest. We appreciated their hard work with our heavy furniture, and we really appreciated their care.
We used Miracle Movers to move a storage unit of possessions and furniture into a house. Max and Harold got the job done with speed and care in under the time estimate, we were charged for the actual time rounded to 30 minutes. Great communication, on time, careful, friendly and under budget. What else could you ask for?
Re-uploading my review since the previous one is not showing up. $800 for a 3.5 hr review of a 1 bedroom to a location 20 minutes away. Was initially quoted 2 hours. Was on a Sunday outside of rush hour. Day of the move: Movers arrived 10 minutes early at 9:50. Elevator was not ready as move was scheduled for 10. I left the first location at 10:30 to secure the elevator at the second location. Most items were in the truck at that point and just had the bed, desk, computer, 2 monitors, 2 small shelving units, and about 5 bags left. Got uber at 10:42 and arrived exactly at 11 am. Messaged movers at 11:28 to find out ETA and they said they are "about to leave" and expected to arrive at noon. Messaged me at 12:18 saying they have arrived. So they took FIFTY MINUTES to get to my location (which took me under 20 minutes) and an additional 58 to load the OTHER HALF of the furniture. Finally started moving things in and I left at 12:30 once they were set up to bring back remaining items from original location and to get cash payment as THEY SAID it is preferred. Texted them at 1:18 letting them know would be arriving in about 20 minutes as I had to get the cash. Actually arrived in 12 minutes, at 1:30. Asked representative for a final invoice the next day and the attached text thread occurred in which I asked THREE TIMES for an invoice and she proceeded to call every single time and did not send me an invoice. I posted the original review that day and received an email (attached) from the quality control manager stating excuses for why the move took longer and NO INVOICE. I sent the attached reply back which I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REPLY FOR. Instead, she replied to my review with the EXACT SAME EMAIL sent to me the previous day with my name attached, DOXXING me on my private account that I have not used my name on. I made the following edits, showing all of the broken items and refuting their excuses, asking for an INVOICE every single time. FINALLY RECEIVED AN INVOICE AT THE END OF DAY 4, which showed that the move took 3:45 hrs when in THEIR "investigations" in the original email they said it took 3:15. They broke a ceramic vase, my nightstand, and my monitor (that they packed - in the original box). Packed my TV UPSIDE DOWN with the feet sticking out (also in original box with original foam pieces). THAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT THEY TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF TO DO. I've uploaded a visual of the timeline that I have text/receipt invoices to prove with the excuses they gave alongside my refutations. Even if we accept the excuses for the loading taking an hour and a half (neighbours using elevator, excessive furniture), that still doesn't explain why it took them 50 mins to get to my location. They said they were blocked by a delivery truck, so they were blocked in for THIRTY MINUTES??? AND NEVER INFORMED ME??? Their initial (and only) reason for lateness when they originally arrived was that the neighbours were using the service elevator, NOTHING about being blocked in or excess furniture. Also according to their "investigation", they had to wait for 20-30 minutes after the job for me to arrive. They were there for ONE HOUR, so that would mean it took them 30-40 minutes to unload all my furniture. But it took them AN HOUR AND A HALF to load??? Absolutely pathetic excuse of an "investigation". Incredibly poor and unprofessional communication. THEY ACTUALLY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THEY'D PURSUE LEGAL ACTION IF I KEEP MAKING PUBLIC POSTS THAT "conflict with the service records" WHEN EVEN THEIR INTERNAL RECORDS DON'T MATCH (i e. Timing for the move was 3.15 in investigation but 3.45 on invoice?) And mind you I. Was. Asking. For. An. Invoice. Also another user, Sylv had the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE AS ME, 4 YEARS AGO. User L.Chong (also had name doxxed) also recently had issues with them poorly packing and damaging a tv. They didn't even talk about checking mine. Why didn't they take it out of the box and check it while they were waiting for me for "20-30 minutes"? Edit: Thank you MARIA for the terrible service
Serge and Max were just fantastic, I’ve moved multiple times and this has definitely been the fastest and easiest one so far! The Team knew exactly what to do and were very kind and supportive. Drago and Junior were absolute rock stars and were on time, quick, efficient, incredibly careful, and so much fun to speak with and work with - they brought the muscles!! :) They handled every single item (including some very heavy furniture) with the utmost care and precision. I’ve moved several times before, and this is the first time I actually enjoyed the process and had zero damage to my items.
