10/10! From scheduling our consult to working with the team, Mission Pest solutions has exceeding our expectations. Their team is very kind and knowledgeable. Austin completed our initial consult. He arrived within the estimated time window and called when he was 10 min away. Austin found several rodent entry points that other pest control companies overlooked. He was a wealth of knowledge and extremely thorough. My dog MudBug thought he was great too!

I just have to say how awesome Mission Pest Solutions is. They provide stellar service and are always willing to work with you. Tyler, one of the owners really helped me out today. I asked if I could pause my services until I’m able to start back again and he did it with no issue, even though I’m under contract until June. This veteran owned business cares about people and it shows!

I called Saturday related to an issue needing new service. Great conversation with one of the owners and a service technician arrived by 8:30 Monday morning. The serve representative was incredibly friendly and professional. He explained each step of the process and what I could expect when he finished. Great impression of the company so far. Particularly a fan of the company being veteran owned and that they prioritize hiring veterans and active reserve members. Glad I called this company over a big name local company!

I chose Mission because they are veteran and locally owned. I was being overrun with ants coming out of an electrical outlet in my kitchen. On the phone I was told that the technician would place powder inside of the outlets of my house and the ants would take it back to where they live and they would die. I was also told that the powder would be placed outside the perimeter of my house. I was quoted $245 for the initial visit, then $45 per month. That sounded expensive but since I was desperate to get rid of the ants I figured I would get them out here then do price shopping for long term treatment. I first mentioned the price to one neighbor who said she pays $75 per quarter and never paid a higher price for the first visit. Since she’s used them for six years I thought maybe that’s why it was cheaper. I figured I’d call that company and a few others after I got this emergency situation under control. The guy from Mission came out but he didn’t take off my electric outlets like the guy on the phone said he would, he put liquid around two outlets in my kitchen and sprayed around the walls in my house. He then went outside and put powder around the house. I paid and he left. The next day I was on the side of my house and noticed my dirt and pine straw was displaced and across the sidewalk in one area. At first I was confused how this would happen but then I saw foot prints in the dirt and realized it’s from the pest control guy. I picked up the pine straw and swepted the sidewalk to clean it up. I then walked around the front of my house and noticed that the paint on my house near my front door was white (my house is green), and I thought something happened to my house then I realized it was pest control powder on the front of my house on my front porch door area, and it was all over my porch’s sidewalk. So I got vinegar and water and cleaned the white powder off of the painted part of my house. So then I see an email that showed that I would pay $45 per month and that I had 3 days to respond or I would be in a contract. I wasn’t pleased with this because had I not seen the email in time I would be in a contract and when the prices were told to me on the phone, no contact was mentioned. I immediately responded and informed that I was not told there would be a contract and told them I didn’t agree and to not charge me again. I asked that they acknowledge the receipt of the email but they never responded so I am hoping I will not get charged next month because I have been referred to another company by a couple neighbors who they are happy with and who cost less. Since I JIST paid Mission $245 to kill the ants I figured I didn’t need to hurry to call the other pest control company but this morning I get up and my kitchen counter is filled with ants 4 days after they came out and put the liquid around the socket) who are coming out of the same outlet they were coming out of when they put the liquid. It’s very disappointing.
