What a cute and warm shop! There's limited seating inside, some free street parking outside, and some paid street parking around the area. It's a very cute shop and it's a nice place to be around GV. Note, that you order with a QR code on the table. I'm not sure how checks are split, you may need to ask or pay together for the table. I got the Tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious! The toppings were great, the egg was made well, and the chasuh was made well and flavorful. While I was there, staff gave me a new chasu they've been working on and both were good but this chasu was tender and flavorful. The noodles were springy and the texture was good, the toppings balanced the ramen, and the chili oil on the side added a good amount of spice. Overall, the food was delicious and made well. I would have added appetizers but they don't have many options to choose from, but they all looked good! Overall, a great place for a meal. Their ramen was good! Staff was so kind and nice. Service was quick and easy. I would recommend for small groups, a great meal, or something warm and comforting!
I'm going to give them a 3 and here is why. The atmosphere was "cute" but seemed to he missing something that made it really stand out, maybe some more decor on the walls? Also it was very cold in the restaurant, and yes it was extremely cold outside, but my legs were freezing the entire time. Also, in my opinion the menu is too small. I would like a few more options for starters for sure. And the fact that I had to pay $2.50 to add a scoop of corn to my soup was insane. I could see paying maybe .75 cents, but $2.50 is actually egregious and definitely needs to be reconsidered. At Fukuryu you can get a whole extra side of noodles for $2.50. While the ramen was good, I have definitely had better in the city. I wanted so badly for this place to be amazing because it's within walking distance, but I was a disappointed. I'm going to give it one more try, but I will definitely be avoiding adding anything to my soup this time.

Very friendly staff. Menu and ordering is via QR code so fair warning on that. The garlic tonkotsu broth was phenomenal, and the tonkotsu itself had a nice char. My only complaint would be the ampunt and number of toppings on the ramen was a bit lacking. Most places you get a few slices of meat and just one here. Similarly the other toppings were good, just not quite enough to have something to eat every bit of ramen with. They explained to me this is the soft opening apparently. They also indicate they are in the process of getting a liquor license. Looking forward to try it again once it's fully up to speed.
This is the most authentic ramen I’ve ever had in Columbus. It’s incredible that the broth isn’t made from a seasoning packet but from fresh meat that’s been simmered for hours. The portions are generous, and the tableware is beautiful. Honestly, there’s hardly anything to improve—if I had to say one thing as a fan, it’d be that I wish they were open 24 hours, lol.
