This was my first experience with a custom shop of any kind, so I was really worried about which company to pick to lower, and put new rims and tires on my Ford Flex. I called Monster Customs because of how many positive Google reviews they had recently compared to others in the area. I ended up working with Alejandro who sat with me and helped me pick the best options for my wants, my build, and my budget. And then we scheduled a time for me to bring the Flex in to complete the job. Nick was the technician that completed it, and not only did he do a great job, he also taught me something new I didn't know about my vehicle's engine. It ended up coming out looking amazing! I am very happy with it. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future for other projects. Thanks a lot guys!

I must say my experience with Monster Customs was absolutely phenomenal. Jim (part owner) and Alejandro (Service Tech) were amazing! At no point, I felt like I wasn't valued as a customer. I had a sound system installed on my 21 Road Glide and you can tell they take pride in quality service. My bike sounds great and I'll definitely be going back to them when I want some more work done.

Jim and the guys at Monster Customs are the best in the business!! From the initial consultation, to driving away from their shop with my newly lifted Gladiator, complete with new wheels and tires, the entire experience was amazing! They were never pushy and truly wanted me to be happy with the modifications I had chosen to make. They finished the install earlier than initially thought and I couldn’t be happier! I absolutely plan on going back to Monster for other mods!

These guys are amazing and do incredible work. I was introduced to them about 5 years ago from a friend and 100% recommend any custom or routine upgrades you may have. I am extremely picky on my truck and their consistent communication of walking me through their thoughts and ideas will allow you to have confidence in their work. I recently had FOX coilovers/shocks, Nitto Trail Grapplers, and Rigid LED lights installed and the job Jim and his team did was STELLAR! Their electrical wiring is clean and looks factory OEM when they finish. I appreciate all of their hard work taking care of my truck as if it’s their own. I promise you they will take care of you and you’ll be a customer forever if you give them a try. Do it!!

Monster Customs delivered great results. They let me bring my own parts that helped me save $. Everything sounds perfect. If I had more money I would have gone all out with a custom enclosure. Kay is a great installation technician. Josh + Ali up front made the whole thing easy. Pick up day tip: Pay with cash to avoid credit card processing fees.
