Do not recommend this firm at all , I had sent my brother to them ... they were so nasty to him , really disappointed, I thought they are something but they are nothing..... bad experience

⭐☆☆☆☆ Morgan & Morgan – Jersey City, NJ I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and contradictory information regarding my settlement and Medicaid lien. In September, my attorney Johan Ogan advised the lien process would take 30–90 days. It is now well past that timeframe. After Morgan & Morgan received the settlement funds, I was told they wanted to hold my entire settlement until the lien was resolved, which would have caused severe financial hardship. Had I agreed, I would still have no access to my funds today. On December 1, Brenna Flanagan said a Medicaid case manager had been assigned. On December 12, I was told no case manager existed and was advised to contact Medicaid myself, only to be told they could not speak with me because I am not the attorney of record. Approximately $10,000 remains held. I have requested a reasonable $5,000 hardship release due to the delays and conflicting information. I have also emailed corporate and senior staff at the Jersey City office multiple times, but have received no response or intervention. Clients deserve transparency, accountability, and consistent communication, which has been lacking here.

The worst law firm around they are very unprofessional, they dont call or respond to voicemail or emails. They will steal your money even though you won they will keep your money and every week its something new that pops up. Arayace is the worst paralegal doesn't know how to do her job at all very unprofessional and incompeten she yells and cusses her clients out at least to me she did and I yelled at her cause its always something new and doesn't give you all the details upfront. If I could call the board on her and Christopher who dont fight for you at all. Will get the bare minimum and then will keep. I have been at my case with them for over 3 years. I dont even have that car anymore. A company truck hit me amd got the bare minimum which I never received even though I signed documents and direct deposit over 3 months ago and they received the check but kept it for themselves. Now I have to get another lawyer to sue them and to get paid from the accident that they ripped me off from. According to other lawyers in new jersey I could have gotten way more back since it was a company vehicle that hit me. They are garbage and dont recommend them I dont know how they have a 4.8 rating cause they suck. Think before signing anything with them.

Horrible experience. No communication from case managers whatsoever. My manager was no longer working on my case and I was never informed. Even before that, she would never respond to my texts or calls. Wasted so much time with these people who don’t care that I’m now crippled for life.

If you are going to give your case to this law firm, be careful. We had a fall and injury case, we discussed it, they took the case, we sent documents and receipts for two months, at the end of two or three months they sent us a letter saying they dropped the case.
