Preston came by due to an infestation in our neighborhood and they were doing free inspections for the surrounding area. After a quick inspection he found we were in good shape, and explained everything thoroughly. While we didn’t need any new service, he was very friendly and took the time to make sure we understood everything. Will definitely call if we need anything in the future, and recommend to others around us.

Zemarian , Z, gave ne excellent service today. He listened to my concerns and tailored his service to my concerns! Great professional young man. I couldn't be more pleased. I over talked delaying his busy schedule I'm sure lol. However, he respectfully listened and gave me ease with his feedback about my property. Thank you so much!! Candy Hays Richardson

Sara delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. She was professional, thorough, and very clear in explaining the services she would perform. She also provided an update once the work was completed, which I genuinely appreciated. What truly set her apart was her attention to detail. She even treated my garage, which many technicians overlook and only handle the exterior. She took the time to ask the right questions and made sure everything was handled properly. I have a strong dislike for pests, so her diligence gave me real peace of mind. Outstanding service and highly recommended.

Terrible experience with Moxie Pest Control. I signed a 12-month agreement on 5/24 and had 4 technician visits in less than 2 months — and I was still seeing ants, spiders, and other bugs around my yard and house. Their technicians barely did the work. One even showed up with a zip-lock bag of granules, stayed just 10 minutes (confirmed by security cameras), and skipped most of the yard. I had to explain the same issues multiple times, and even direct the techs myself. That’s not what I’m paying for. Despite poor service and no results, they still charged me $387.10 to cancel — even though I called twice for warranty work and gave them multiple chances. Customer service and their account manager Vickie was dismissive and unhelpful. The pics attached are the ant mount I had to treat after the 4th tech came out. Save your money. Don’t sign up with Moxie. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. If you want to see their response to my complaint, all correspondence is now on the BBB page.

Hi, I noticed numerous webs and several wasp nests in roof eaves, garage door, front and rear porch and gazebo (I had specifically requested the webs be taken down from the gazebo area). Sales person assured they would be swept and taken down. Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive feedback at this time. Sorry.
