I had an amazing experience with them. I had a dishwasher that had a bracket come off and lower spray was not functioning. Jose came in and helped me with understanding with what is wrong with the dishwasher. The pricing was reasonable. I was able to actually get my own parts to lower the price on materials. They did the installation. overall a great experience with scheduling and very nice people. I would highly recommend them.

Stanley came on time quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the refrigerator quickly. Everything was very smooth. Additionally his customer service was friendly and honest.

I can’t say enough good things about this local business! From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. The scheduling coordinator was friendly, professional, and made booking an appointment effortless. Our technician, Christian, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with our Bosch dishwasher, which was showing an error code. He explained everything clearly, ordered the necessary parts, and came back the next business day to complete the repair. A shoutout as well to Jeremy, the manager, for ensuring everything went smoothly and for checking in to make sure we were satisfied. It’s rare to find a company that’s this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to great customer service. I tried to call two other companies to come out and fix my Pepsi Soda Refrigerator but they said they don’t fix soda machines. I told them it’s a refrigerator but they said to call someone else . So I called Mr Appliance Of West San Jose Campbell the receptionist was very polite. She asked me a couple questions then told me yes they can repair my soda refrigerator. They came out the next day two young guys they were on time they were courteous they were professional. They were clean and they got the job done right away. My soda refrigerator works killer now. I am very happy with the service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Mr. appliance for any of your appliance needs at your home. Their prices are very fair and they are very professional. This will be the only company I will ever use for any of my household appliances. Thank you for running your company so professionally..
