Murray Plumbing sets the gold standard for plumbing services. We were very pleased with their reasonable rates, prompt response to our request for service and the person who came to us, Matthew, was very experienced, professional and kind. Our young son decided to flush two toy cars down the toilet and after our attempts to remove them, we sought help from Murray plumbing to resolve the situation as they had a wonderful reputation in the community. We opted in to their yearly service plan, because… well we are a busy family with 2 young boys. Haha. Thanks for the great service, Murray Plumbing!

Outstanding service. Had a tankless water heater flush. Brian was the service person. He was polite and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and was kind enough to explain every step of the procedure. I much appreciated Brian attention to detail. Brian is a great asset to Murray Plumbing. I will recommend this company if you have any plumbing needs. Thanks and have a great Thanksgiving.

Outstanding Experience - Water Softener and Purification Installation. I had a fantastic experience with Murray Plumbing installing a water softener and purification system. From the beginning I was treated with the utmost respect. Gabby was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable—she answered all my questions about the different water softener and purification packages, made sure I understood the options, and helped me pick the right system with confidence. Mathew, the journeyman plumber, and his apprentice did an excellent job installing the system. They were punctual, tidy, and respectful of my home and my needs as a customer. Their workmanship was professional and efficient, and they clearly know their craft. Communication was strong throughout the whole process; I was kept informed at every step. When a leak developed with the RO system after installation, I called Gabby and explained the issue. The very next day Mathew arrived with a replacement RO system, completed the swap quickly. Fast reliable follow-up—5 star experience. And may I say, the system is working flawlessly. The water, feels amazing. My family are loving our new water softener purification system. I highly recommend Murray Plumbing for anyone needing a water softener system or any plumbing services. Great team overall. Keep up the great work!

10/10/2025: Jeremy C. was fantastic! We appreciated how detailed and thorough he diagnosed our issue. This was a much better experience from our previous tech. We are so glad Murray Plumbing made this a better experience to resolve the leaking water issue. 10/21/2025: Jeremy C. continues to provide outstanding service! He returned to finish the work and provide us options for a water softener. We were impressed by the level of detail and his candid approach to our questions. It was not a sales pitch but an informative overview to the benefits of a water softener and other options. Even though I’m not currently a plumbing customer of Murray’s, they’ve already earned my trust and future business. This morning at 9:20 a.m., at the Circle K Valero at 1604 and Stone Oak Parkway, a young man driving Murray’s Plumbing truck #M37007 kindly waved me down at a red light to let me know my gas tank cap and flap were open. I wish I could have gotten his name, but hopefully ownership will read this and be able to identify him for acknowledgment. He explained it clearly and respectfully—something many people might have just ignored and kept driving. That small act of honesty and kindness showed the type of people Murray’s Plumbing hires. When the time comes that I need plumbing assistance, they will definitely be the first company I call. Thank you for helping a stranger and setting such a great example!
