HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We have had several dryer duct cleaning companies come out to our house over the years, but I now question whether they ever actually did anything. In fact, before I called Neo this time through we had a company called Empire come, and they indicated that they were unable to assist (after spending about 2 hours trying to clear the clogs, apparently they could not do it and recommended we contact a company with a camera). So, I called Neo. After Ed came and performed an initial assessment, a team of two gentlemen (I do not recall their names unfortunately) came and performed the initial work. They spent 5 hours cleaning my dryer duct, which is a complicated situation because it runs about 20 feet from the laundry room to the exterior and we now know it has somewhere around 6-8 ninety degree bends (great places for lint to get trapped). After this initial cleaning, we tried to use our dryer and noticed that the vent flap to the outside was not opening. We called Neo and they came back at no charge and found that when we turned the dryer back on, a clump of lint that escaped the first cleaning had blocked up one of the elbows near the exit. This is not surprising because there was an insane amount of lint in the duct when they first came through. They were able to clear out that blockage, and our dryer is now back in business. Every person at Neo that I have had the pleasure to correspond with, from Natalie who answers the phones and text messages at the office, to the various professionals who came to my house to assist, has been professional, courteous, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable throughout this process. Neo truly wants to assist and solve your problems and sticks with you until the job is done. We have now joined their subscription model and will be getting dryer duct cleanings on a yearly basis, with these fantastic people available to assist with any issues that occur in the interim. If you have an issue with your dryer (smelling smoke, not drying clothes in a single cycle, etc.), do yourself a favor and call Neo.

I rarely hire companies who aren’t personally recommended from someone I know, but I just had a great experience with this company that I found by searching online. I got a real person on the phone when I first called and she was kind, and wasn’t trying to upsell me on anything. They were also able to get me same-day service. For two units even!. An upstairs and a downstairs. They did a routine dryer duct cleaning in one unit, and a more urgent dryer Duct Cleaning in the other one, because it was clogged and the dryer would overheat and shut down after two minutes. Dryer seems to be working fine now. Anyway I will certainly call this company again. Professional , polite, same-day service when possible, and they did a great job. That is truly hard to find these days.

Extremely disappointed — poor workmanship and unprofessional service We hired Robert & Sons / NEO Air Duct Cleaning for a full vent cleaning and squirrel-proofing of our home. The job included replacing exterior vents and ensuring they were secure against squirrels (a concern I explicitly discussed with their team before hiring them). Just two days after the work was completed, squirrels broke through one of the newly installed plastic vents. Over the next month, we repeatedly contacted NEO to have the issue remediated. What followed was a frustrating series of no-shows, unreturned messages, and incomplete repairs: - The workers who initially came out replaced our metal vents with plastic ones, despite my concerns. - The first breach happened within 48 hours. - Their follow-up visit consisted of reattaching the same plastic hood using a plastic fastener—no metal vents, no screens, no proper equipment. - The squirrels got through again the very next day. - We were told repeatedly that someone would “take care of it,” but this never happened. - Calls with both staff and management were unprofessional, combative, and at times wildly inappropriate. - Their own technician acknowledged they were giving us the runaround. As of today, the job remains incomplete, and we are left with unsecured exterior vents despite paying for full remediation. I rarely leave negative reviews, but homeowners should be aware: based on our experience, this company is not reliable, does not stand behind its work, and was unwilling or unable to resolve an issue they explicitly agreed to fix. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Dylan and his colleague were fantastic. Great communication and very courteous. They worked neatly and efficiently, and were friendly with my curious cats. Most impressive were the results---Dylan showed me before and after photos of some of the vents---I was both horrified that I didn't call them sooner and thrilled that they were able to make the situation good as new. Highly recommend!!!

We contacted NEO after getting the dreaded D80 clog error code on our LG dryer. They came as scheduled, were courteous and did a thorough job removing all the lint and dirt build up. They even took and shared before and after photos of our vents. Our dryer runs so much faster and quieter than before! We were so pleased with their work, that we had them replace our cheesy bird vent guard with a good quality, removable bird guard. They will take checks to save on the Credit card fee and offer an annual service contract option. NEO discovered that the previous vent cleaning company had left their brush inside our vent. So glad we switched to a reliable, courteous company.
