I have been coming over the course of a few years, first and foremost Melissa and Cynthia have always been kind, professional and knowledgeable in their field and it shows through their work. Some of the receptionists are friendly and others may not care to work in customer facing roles which was demonstrated through some of the interactions I had with a few my last visit. Years ago I purchased several sessions up front (Around 2k for 5 sessions - divided is $400 per treatment), and was told if I needed additional treatments I would pay the same price as the cost of the individual treatments. My last treatment was 2 years ago, but I called to schedule an appt over the phone and all I was provided was a link to confirm information they needed to proceed, standard stuff totally fine so far. I arrive to my appt 10 minutes early and was not seen until an hour later (totally understand this can happen) and the friendlier receptionist would check in and apologize for the wait (which was very considerate of her). At this point a nurse sees me and again notates I have not been into the office in 2 years , so everyone is fully aware it has been some time and they do their due diligence and the appt begins. Melissa assisted me and as always was wonderful and thorough. I wrap up my appointment and check out and BOOM my price was double then I had ever paid. The receptions tells me the price, and I kindly ask how she came to this new price I was unfamiliar with and she stated “prices went up” and I explained I had previously paid $xxx as I had paid for years and was curious when this change occurred. She then stated “oh ya it’s gone up - we don’t do that anymore”. I paid the new price of course as I had already had the treatment performed, but no one took a moment to disclose to me pricing had drastically changed since my last visit. It would have been more ethical and transparent to disclose to a client who has not been into your office in 2 years something like “Hello yes you want an appt, for the same tattoo - ok I see you have not been in for some time we may need to update you on some changes we have had that relate to the pricing you previously had” Unfortunately no one had this conversation with me prior nor can you go to the website and calculate your own price of course as all treatments vary price wise per client. The question seemed to make the receptionist uncomfortable and thankfully I am in a position where I could pay the new price. Mind you I am well aware prices can change with this ever changing economy, I am fully aware any company can update pricing but it would have been considerate to have someone capable disclose the updated pricing for me individual services prior to my appt. This felt like a bait and switch and left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope you consider the way you disclose pricing to clients who may not visit often more thoughtfully and effectively. Had someone had this conversation prior when they did all the other updates I would have felt more informed as to why they no longer wanted to honor my previous price. I previously had no issues with this spa as mentioned Melissa and Cynthia are great and the location is clean and in a great location.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Melissa, the nurse was super knowledgeable and she explained everything so clearly. I felt completely taken care of. They also sent me home with a small care package and instructions on how to care for my eyebrows after the laser microblading removal. I Highly recommend coming here for your next procedure. You'll be in great hands.

I came to Neoderma to get laser removal for my microbladed eyebrows. I did a lot of research and ended up choosing Neoderma because they use the Picoway laser and the cost was reasonable (I believe removery does eyebrow removal with the same laser but price is almost double) .. I also saw a couple TikTok videos from people who got their removal done here and really liked their results. The only downside for me was the distance, I live in LA so it’s about an hour away .. but it’s honestly worth the drive! They actually mentioned that they get a lot of clients coming from LA. The staff here are so nice and inviting! From the front desk, to the PA who went over my medical history (Sherri), to the nurse who did my procedure. Melissa was my nurse and she was so sweet! I told her I was nervous about the pain level and she helped me feel at ease. She said they use the best numbing cream and clients usually describe pain level as 3 or 4 out of 10. She was totally right! The numbing cream worked really well - when they gave me an ice roller to ice my brows before the procedure, my brows were so numb I could barely feel the coldness. And I would agree that the pain level was about a 3/10 or 4/10. Not bad at all, definitely bearable. I loved my initial results, can’t wait to see how my brows look when they heal! Thank you Neoderma for a great experience :)

I had my first laser removal treatment for my microbladed eyebrows at Neomed in Anaheim, and I had such a great experience. Melissa was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain the entire process, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. The best part of the first session was that it barely hurt at all. Honestly, the pain was maybe a 3 out of 10. Melissa was so reassuring throughout the treatment, and I was really happy with the results even after just one session. I already expected I would need a second treatment, but I’m actually excited to continue the removal process. On top of that, the office itself is so cute and smells amazing, which made the whole experience even better. The entire staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend Neomed if you’re considering laser removal or any treatments, they truly make you feel cared for.

I have been seeing my medspa nurse Cynthia, RN for several years now, and she is truly exceptional. She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and skillful, but what really sets her apart is how genuinely caring she is with every client. Even though it’s a business, she has never once tried to upsell me or push unnecessary treatments. Instead, she always takes the time to explain what will actually benefit me and what isn’t needed. Her expertise and honesty have earned my complete trust—she is one of the very few people I feel completely comfortable with when it comes to any procedure. I always leave my appointments feeling confident, well-informed, and taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who combines medical-level skill with true compassion, she is absolutely the best. Highly recommend!
