My daughter & niece had a great time. The establishment lacked diversity as far as patrons. And there was a cringe level of dirt on everything. All I could think about is hoping my baby doesn't catch anything. Staff member spoke awful english an was hard to understand. I'm never on the Westside of town so they don't have to worry about me coming back.

My kids absolutely love Nova Adventure Park! Every time we visit, they have such a wonderful time and never want to go home. The park is clean, well maintained, and the staff are always friendly and responsible. We’re so happy to have a place like this nearby!

My kids absolutely love coming to Nova Adventure Park! It’s always clean, safe, and well organized. The staff are kind and attentive, and there’s so much for kids to do — trampolines, foam pits, slides, and more. It’s the perfect place to burn energy and have fun. Definitely our favorite indoor park in Cincinnati!

Awesome/attentive staff!! On a busy Saturday afternoon front desk staff stopped in their tracks to help clean & bandage a knee wound after the original bandage fell off. The injury happened at school, not here! Very impressed with the young woman who jumped right in and patiently, delicately handled it. When I asked, she said she had no medical training, but I see a future in it for her! 💖. Thank you, you’re a special, caring soul!!!

Nova was highly recommended for a new trampoline park as we have been to many of them already, so we drove 55 minutes to get there and it was a great experience. There were numerous activities for the children to enjoy, and the staff was exceptional. The young lady who rang us up on 5/29 at 12:15 pm was exceptionally friendly, making our experience even more pleasant. The kids thoroughly enjoyed all the fun activities Nova offered. However, the reason it did not receive 5 stars is that younger children are charged the same amount as older children, despite some activities being inaccessible to them. It would be reasonable to offer free admission for children under 3. Furthermore, the prices of Icee and ice cream were excessively high, with $5 for one Icee being unreasonable and $4 for an ice cream bar being comparable to the price of a whole box at a store. I was relieved that the children did not make a scene when I suggested we go to Speedway or Thorntons instead, where the prices are more reasonable at $0.79.
