- The seller was extremely rude and ill-tempered. When I told him that I only needed a single photocopy, he reacted as if he wanted to hit me, simply because he usually handles bulk orders. It seems he considers making small print requests an insult to him.

I actually loved the product that was produced, but was somewhat disappointed in the lack of value the owner seems to have toward clientale. Let me explain. I actually checked around for a vendor i would feel comfortable with and i am someone who prefers taking my business to a local, small neighborhood vendor - so that's what I shop around for. This vendor was in the Laurel District and in business for 20+ years, and an "imigrant", woman owned business. I liked her and was very proud of what she has accomplished and told her so. She was certainly not the most economical, however, she is a small business, family business - so I didn't mind supporting her business. Anyway, I ordered 50, what i call Memory booklets (much like an obituary). I was in no rush to have the order completed, but did ask when it would be ready. She said pick up anytime after 2 :00 ( same day) Cool. I paid upfront for the order, after having her print a sample of product. I thought it was beautiful, but asked if she could print the cover on a next level paper so i could compare, which she did. That was even prettier. So I ordered 10 of the next level booklet and 40 of the regular level. She asked me to write on the sample made that i had reviewed it, approved it and sign & date it. So since she basically was going to trash that sample, i did talk her into allowing me to sign the 1st regular page sample and kept the gloss one. I did leave thinking i would pick up 50 copies, but instead got 49. Fine, she's a small business. Then, i called later and ask if my sister, who was with me when i placed the order could pick up my order for me- the owner said no problem. My sister picked up the order, which was sitting on the counter when she came in and the vendor asked would you like a bag - sister said yes and the vendor asked for $.25cents. My sister was speechless, of course she already felt i had spent way too much on this order already, and apparently the owner "read" her facial expression and because they give away old boxes they have, the owner put them in one of those big boxes, because i guess a $.25 cent bag was way too much to "gift". I also noticed on my receipt, after i had gotten home, that there was a a $10.03 customer service charge included on my bill over and above the product and taxes i paid for. So given i was able to keep the "sample" product, i figured that's why that charge was there - but No, when i got my order i only received 49 booklets, so that $10.03 is a mystery to me. However, I will be ordering just a few more of the gloss covered booklet - just maybe not from her, and I will ask for clarification of the mysterious customer service charge 🤷♀️ when i stop in tomorrow. This is what I mean by not valuing your client and not trying to build on your relationship with them. Might as well go to the "Big Box" vendor, if it's going to be like this. Very disappointed - are we now paying vendors to give them business????

Got here at 10am Friday, and there is a sign saying open at noon Fridays. Unlike what Google says, based on what they told Google. Not trying again.
