Amanda at Oh Hello Event Planning is the best!! I’m so happy she was recommended to us through our venue! I really don’t know what we would have done without Amanda. She, along with the help of her sister Stephanie, made our wedding day run PERFECTLY. We hired Amanda for our after Christmas wedding in Port Charlotte, FL! I remember my first phone call with Amanda and just absolutely loving her as a person immediately and knowing our wedding was going to be in the best hands! Amanda gave us recommendations for all our vendors, and every vendor we did end up hiring was THE BEST. We stayed in contact every month just to make sure everything was on target. Once we were 3 months out, Amanda started to take control of our wedding planning for us. She pointed out details I didn’t even consider. She created our flawless timeline!!! She set up calls with our vendors where we made sure everyone was on the same page come wedding day. The week before our wedding she took FULL control and handled all last minute tasks to ensure that my husband and I had time to relax before our big weekend. On wedding day, Amanda worked so hard to ensure we had the most perfect day! She set up our beautiful reception space, instructed vendors on set up, picked up my husband from his room once he was ready and brought him to the first look spot, dried off my bouquet with her dress, and took the best care of my family members as we all prepared to walk down the aisle. (Just to mention a few things she did that day!) Then at the end of the night while us and all our guests were having the best time on the dance floor, Amanda and Stephanie packed up ALL our cocktail hour decor and put it all in my moms car for her!! She then had the rest of our personal items all packed and ready for us to take back to our room the minute our wedding was over. She took all the stress out of the day. We really got to enjoy every second. Amanda worked so hard on our wedding day and we are forever grateful for her! Her professionalism and experience show and I wouldn’t want to trust anyone else for our wedding. I keep saying that I want to re-live our wedding day EXACTLY THE SAME. Thank you Amanda. You made our dream wedding come to life!

Booking with Oh Hello was by far the best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process. Wedding planning is STRESSFUL, but having a pro in your corner makes it 100x easier. Specifically, Sarah. She turned the wedding of my dreams into reality. Sarah is also the sweetest human I’ve ever met. She made me and my family feel so relaxed and taken care from start to finish. I’ve never met anyone as knowledgeable as Sarah. She seemed to have an answer for everything and truly went above and beyond. Having someone rooting for you and making sure everything is what you imagine it to be was great, having someone who felt like an old and trusted friend by your side made it even better. I will recommend Oh Hello and Sarah to everyone I know!

Working with Jess L. and Amanda from Oh Hello was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We booked their day-of coordination package, but it truly felt like we had their support the entire time. As someone who’s very Type A and has a hard time trusting others or giving up control, I can honestly say I trusted them 100% and they delivered every step of the way. They were kind, professional, and incredibly organized. From helping us choose design elements like linens to being available for planning calls, they were there for us whenever we needed them. They even helped us with hotel room blocks, which was a huge relief with so many guests and unresponsive hotels. On the wedding day, they managed everything behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the day. They curated a clear, detailed timeline, coordinated with all our vendors, and even helped with contract updates. We got so many compliments on how smooth, beautiful, and well-run the day was which we owe all thanks to Jess and Amanda. Where do I even begin? Trying to find the words to describe how thankful I am for Amanda from Oh Hello feels almost impossible — because she wasn’t just our wedding planner, she was truly the reason I was able to be present during one of the most important times of my life. From the very first meeting, Amanda exuded warmth, professionalism, and genuine excitement for our wedding. I immediately felt like I was in good hands — and I was right. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and as a bride, I had so many ideas, questions, and concerns. But Amanda took all of that stress off my shoulders and replaced it with calm, clarity, and confidence. I honestly don't know how I would have done it without her. She guided us through every step of the process with such patience and grace. Whether it was helping us stay on schedule, managing a million little details, or giving us expert advice on which vendors would best fit our vision, Amanda was always one step ahead. Every recommendation she made was spot on. If you are considering a wedding planner service, I highly recommend this business. We went with the full planning services and I am so thankful we did! Working with our representative, Jessica K., exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with her commitment to go the extra mile. She was so organized and so patient with all of my questions. When the bride was unsure of a service, Jessica provided options to review and choose from. We worked with Jessica for a year, had monthly update calls and many emails and texts. We met in person with various vendors and it was all worth it. On the wedding day, I had no worries and could enjoy the day with my daughter. Her team ensured the wedding started on time and all things ran smoothly. I was amazed with all the details she kept straight! So much work and effort in the setup of the venue she handled to bring the brides vision to life. Her helpfulness continued after the wedding with collecting all the things so we could easily pick up after the wedding. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Oh Hello Event Planning that made our wedding a success! Thank you so very much!
