EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Isaiah started the excellent customer service today briefing me on my car needs and asking for permission to do anything! Jacob continued the excellent customer service doing the same thing! They were informative, respectful and never pushy. I felt important and valued while they serviced my car. Their training is amazing!

I used to live in Marin County and used oil changers there. I love Oil Changers, I think they do an excellent job. Their techs are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. I recently moved to the Sacramento area and the nearest one was in Davis so I had to go without my Oil Changers for a while until they recently opened one at the corner of Fair Oaks and Madison. I was so happy about that and just had my first service from them. You can trust these guys. They're doing a great job!

Great experience getting my oil change done. The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Victor is an amazing manager—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. You can tell he really cares about both customers and the quality of service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great experience here today. The whole team was friendly, professional, and very thorough from start to finish. A special shout-out to Christian and Christian who took care of me — both were awesome. They explained everything clearly, made sure the oil level was spot-on, and kept things moving without any pressure to upsell. They even offered water or coffee while I waited, checked everything carefully, and handed me some coupons for next time. The service was quick, honest, and well organized. If you want a smooth, no-stress oil change with solid customer service, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back.

Went here about 3 days ago. These guys asked me twice if I would like to have my other fluids checked. Despite my response to each inquiry being, " No that's not necessary but thank you", they proceeded to do so and I just let them. Frustrated with their relentless and inconsistent upsell tactics. I was told they'd replace my air filter no extra cost by one guy and when the next guy pulled the air filter he said twenty something dollars. Nope. Took way too long. Here is the worst part .. they either 1. forgot to put my brake system valve cap back on... or 2. put it on incorrectly.... I have had a severely faulty brake system. THE WAY IN WHICH I GOUND THIS OUT WAS WHEN I COULDNT BRAKE ALL OF A SUDDEN AND WENT INTO THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY 4 WAY INTERSECTION. To be thorough... cap is completely gone and I took photos to show how not dirty it is compared to everything around it. I have never, ever had a problem with the brakes in 5 years of owning it. I asked them not to check it. I know they take this off to check fluid levels. My brake fluid is suddenly low, likely because this cap hasn't been in place. Basically, getting my oil changed here could've cost me my vehicle or my life. I have yet to call them. Soon as they open they will get a respectful phone call relaying this info to them. I've been up all night trying to fix this problem DURING THE MIDDLE OF MOVING FROM ONE HOUSE TO THE OTHER. To say I'm upset would be an understatement. Went in for an oil change, left with a hazardous and very dangerous vacuum leak in my brake assist system.... and completely ruined my week. Lost out on work, family events, time and. money and more. I want to scream
