I’ve been coming to Olive + Spex for a while now, and they’re consistently excellent. The staff is always warm and professional, the exams are thorough, and everything is explained clearly. They also have one of the best selections of frames I’ve seen. It’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back.

These folks and this place are the greatest! I am so glad I switched my eye care over to here. I used to procrastinate on going to the optometrist; now I look forward to it. I feel 100% confident in the clinical care and also completely pleased with all aspects of service. The best all around.

I really love this shop. Always easy to schedule or reschedule appts. The vibe is great and the doc is super knowledgeable. I don’t usually buy glasses here but all the other services are top notch.

Be warned, do not come to this store! Dr. Diana Pham is extremely arrogant. I repeatedly emphasized that we only wanted to purchase contact lenses that we could afford, but she selfishly insisted on prescribing the most expensive lenses that were beyond our budget. I have reasonable suspicions that she might have some private collaboration with the contact lens brands. Her reasoning was that the more expensive lenses are better for the eyes. Of course, I understand that more expensive products are generally better, but this should be within the patient’s financial means. Ignoring the patient’s personal circumstances and relentlessly pushing expensive products is unacceptable. As a result, we ended up with an expensive and impractical prescription that is completely useless to us. As a doctor, you should understand that your duty is to help patients, not waste our trust and money. Additionally, their contact lens exams fees are higher than other places.
