I recently had my wedding at The Empire Room with the Omaha Event Group, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing, elegant, seamless, and perfectly executed in every way. We were lucky enough to work with Dalia Nabulsi as our event coordinator, and she was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, Dalia was professional, organized, and incredibly kind. She took the time to understand my vision for the wedding and went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was exactly how I wanted it. If you’re considering hosting your wedding or any special event at The Empire Room, I can’t recommend it highly enough. And if you get the chance to work with Dalia Nabulsi, you will be in the very best hands. She made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more! Attended a wedding at the Empire Room (Omaha Event Group) on 8/16/25. The wedding website promised complimentary parking with ticket validation — instead I was charged $8 at Midtown Ramp C. I contacted ABM and Omaha Event Group repeatedly; ABM confirmed in writing that the Empire Room is responsible for validating tickets and issuing refunds when validation fails. Despite that, Omaha Event Group refused to take responsibility and repeatedly redirected me back to ABM. I provided receipts and ABM’s email but got no resolution. Thankfully, my bank was easy to work with and refunded me right away. I should have just contacted them first instead of wasting time chasing accountability from Omaha Event Group, who wouldn’t stand behind what they promised. This wasn’t about the money — it was about basic accountability. If you expect vendor-level service and honest follow-through, think twice before trusting this group.
At the Heartland Workers Center we pride ourselves in working with partners who understand the importance of being community driven. The Omaha Event Group was fully supportive of this mission and embraced our vision from the beginning! We hosted our first annual fundraiser with them at the Omaha Design Center. The space is gorgeous and is the perfect canvas for a variety of events. Beth from OEG was incredible to work with as our event manager and her experience in event planning was a huge help throughout the process. She was always available to answer any and all questions and ensured communication was always open. The vendors that work with the OEG were amazing as well! Everything from catering to lighting and sound felt seamless, cohesive and stress-free.The customer service from the entire team was above and beyond and everyone that worked the day-of, from set-up to bartenders and security, was super friendly and made our team and guests feel welcomed, valued and safe. The Omaha Event Group provides more than just events, they help you create unforgettable experiences that are sure to be a success!
