Well organized and has a system to do paperwork via text prior to arrival. Staff were very professional and courteous. Surroundings appropriately hygienic. Dentist very nice and explained what could be done if i chose to do more than just get my crowns fixed & teeth cleaned. No pressure to have other dental services performed. A real plus was also the “real” flowers in a vase in the reception area. Penelope

I am very happy with my experience. Clean tidy office. Customer service was exactly as it should be. All the staff were polite and respectful. Wait times are short. No gimmicks or extra unnecessary services were being pushed on me. They were straight to the point which I loved. The services provided were quick and efficient. The lady who did my cleaning was awesome she actually removed some plaque my past dentists didn't achieve during a cleaning. Some pluses aside from the exceptional staff were the tvs in front of and above you for viewing as well as the nice welcome kit with some goodies. Ive moved my family of 9 over to this practice. Happy to say in the first week we have been seen one by one without waiting months for an appointment just to have xrays and come back months later for cleaning. Maybe some will know what past dentist we had by the reference. Overall Satisfied with everything.

After being at a different highly rated dentist at Santa Clara, which turned out to be a terrible and painful experience because their sensors for X-Rays were too large, I didn't get a new dentist for over 3 years! Eventually because of some tooth sensitivities showing up, I gave One Dental a shot because of proximity and availability of online scheduling. They were so smooth, helpful and it was super comfortable experience. They never push any procedures on you, keep you informed of any anomalies they see. The best part is, the TV on the ceiling when the providers work on you haha!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at One Dental! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference—modern, sleek, and welcoming, not like your typical sterile clinic. The hospitality here is top-notch. Every member of the staff is genuinely friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. The doctors and hygienists are fantastic—professional, thorough, and clearly passionate about what they do. I’m so glad I made the switch to One Dental. It’s the kind of place that actually makes you look forward to your appointments! P.S.: They give a nice care package for new clients

Today was my first time here. From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out, I experienced nothing but A+ service from the team. I love the positive attitude everyone has here. Prices and quality of service is also great here. I got a comprehensive exam, full x-rays, and cleaning done for just $149. You even get a box full of useful stuff for your mouth. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that they give you a hot scented towel to wipe your mouth/face after the service is complete. Compare this to my last dentist who charged me more than $400 for a check-up and x-rays (no cleaning!), and no goodies after service. Highly recommend this place. Thank you One dental team :)
