Im glad everyone else had a great experience because mine has been absolutely horrible. I originally inquired about services with specific requests; to be able to be home while service was provided, and to use a product safe due to my allergies. I was promised both for $45 and month. Ive had 3 sprays and issues from the VERY START. My techs requested me to leave for 2-4 hours, even after I was told this product was "used in hospitals around patients". So, last minute, I had my daughter, my dog, and my disabled aunt trying to find somewhere for us all to go for 2-4 hours. I called to express my frustrations and was told that the techs can spray while we are home, they just do not like too. My next appointment i was given a hard time about leaving AGAIN. I let him know that I only accepted this service for the reasons I explained, and then I asked him "do you just not want people home while you provide your service" and he shook his head YES and blamed it on the "fumes". So I requested the herbal spray with no harsh fumes. He sprayed and left. The next visit, I was at work at the tech pulled the same game on my gma and did not spray in my apt. That same day I called to complain and was told this would be resolved. Upon getting a call from a manager Bill who said he talked with the tech. The information provided to the manager was a BLATANT lie to cover himself. This made me furious at this point & I just wanted to be done with everything, so I called to cancel. I spoke with Helene who at that time advised that the $45 a month is actually $90 dollars a month (thats probably in the fine print) because they only mention $45 OTP and at signing. So I paid for my previous service. Helene and Bill both told me I would not be charged for the service I was not happy with, especially since he did not even spray inside. But guess what.... I was charged. This has been a terrible experience and I HIGHLY dispute being charged after my account was already closed, for a botched service

Our Orkin service person is great. He has real been getting after those winter mice and rats that like to move into garages or anywhere warm. So thankful for him keeping them under control this season.

I worked primarily with Michael. He was very thorough with the inspection and respectful of our house. He immediately knew where to look and what to do and is very responsive! He worked with Anthony today to finish up our exclusion and they came on time and finished their work fast. Thanks guys! And thanks Orkin for offering competitive pricing.

Michael was great! I sent a message Kate the night before to get an extra service since it's nice season and they decided to move in invited! Michael showed up at my home before 10 the next morning! He is friendly and super efficient! Thank Michael! C-ya next month!

Manuel and his partner showed up in time. Respected my home, educated me on the termite issues we had, and answered my questions with patience and wisdom. The work was done very professionally and with care. Will recommend and use them again in the future!
