Brandon Kessler was amazing today. He went above and beyond all expectations. He is so friendly and very knowledgeable about all products. He even brought up our trash can before he left. I highly recommend him to any of our friends and family.

The technician came and simply asked if we had any questions before he started. Threw me off a bit, I thought I was told there was going to be a kind of inspection and check for any holes and things that are going on in my house, etc..He was ok, okay guy that kept trying to befriend my dogs who kept barking at him. He kept talking to me as I was illiterate though which didn’t sit well with me. I had ordered the regular flee/bug control a for the initial time they told me $206, after giving me an initial discount of $75 by a nice guy on the phone. And then $61 monthly. The discount was what sold me to get them as it was more affordable than another company I had called. I waited in the garage with my brother till the guy left and then we took our pets out for a few hours. I am not very trusting of leaving my house by itself to a stranger I just met who I was not vibing with. I came back and saw that all my plants in standing pots I had outside had been knocked over, dirt all over the ground. I did not appreciate that, but whatever not that huge of a deal. I’ve had more professional experience with other companies but for now it’s fine, I’ll see how the big/flee issue goes and will decide to continue or not with them.

I had a great experience with Orkin thanks to Frankie! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and confidence. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the customers he serves. We have been using Orkin pest control for over a decade now, and Brandon C. has been our technician for the past several years. We have been very satisfied with the outcome, and when there was an issue in between services he was out to fix it right away. As years go by, prices increase and we have talked about checking other places for price, but never made it that far because we like Brandon as our technician. Our service is always outstanding, he is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and on time. From our whole family, all thank you Brandon C your great continued service with us. You have witnessed some behind the scenes chaos that we can be and appreciate your grace 😂
