I don’t know where to start with the company. First if you want to be harassed or bothered every month asking when you are going to pay the rest of the amount due even though they say it’s due a month before the event then these guys are for you. The tables and chairs are cheap and falling apart. The lady Priscilla in the front office is rude and has no customer service whatsoever. When the team delivered everything on the day before the wedding they told us that the dance floor was not complete because it was broken but yet we were still getting charged for the full dance floor. When we called the front office no one wanted to do anything or take accountability. So make sure when they deliver for your event you get everything what you ordered. The dance floor itself is janky and cheap. I had three of my guests trip and fall because the dance floor shifted through the night. After this no one really wanted to step foot on it. There was no communication when they were going to pick up the tables and chairs until they were outside my door 3 days after the event. Then after a week or so we were told that the linens were stained beyond the point of cleaning which is a lie because we checked all of them before folding them back up because we were warned about this by a family member. Just be careful with this company if you do decide to go with them after your read this review and if Priscilla answers the phone ask to speak to someone else unless you want to be yelled at though the phone. The only plus side of this company are the people who actually come and set up the tables chairs and tents. They were the ones who informed us that the dance floor was not going to be complete and how they let the bosses know but they don’t do anything about it since they get away with overcharging people. They need to send Priscilla with them so she can learn some customer service. The people who set up the chairs and tables are the true stars from this company.

Priscilla and crew were efficient, on point, and courteous. Our Survey Societies event was a success in part by having Team Party Bowl's Support. So satisfied with the service they have provided. I rented only 6 linens from them for a dinner at a local restaurant on 11/28/2022 and the process was so easy. The only thing is that the office is inside a building with other business offices so it sometimes seems as if they are closed but they are not. When I came to choose the linen they walked me to the warehouse to show me all the options and there are so many to choose from. We loved the selection they have. The prices are great and I will be using them again in the future. I came to drop them off today and the man even gave me a chocolate muffin.
Perhaps because we aren't a large company, we were in Las Cruces, or that we aren't re-occurring customers, but our experience with Part Bowl for our wedding was not well. Pro's - - Very responsive with answers during the four months leading up to our wedding. - Made very quick edits and provided updated pricing immediately. - Delivered the equipment 3 days early which allowed us to set up earlier. Con's - - We ordered a 50'x30' tent, they delivered a 60'x30' which meant that a ponding ditch was now under the tent. Upon mentioning it to them they made no efforts to fix the error. Their response was "we assumed your area could handle the 60' tent. Told them how this mistake would render useless the $350 floral backdrop my wife rented which was meant to hang from the tent frame. They did nothing to fix it. - I ordered side panels for the entire main tent in case weather became an issue. I asked the crew to leave two areas uncovered (the weather seemed good but the event was still three days away) but to leave the two panels there. They took the side panels back with them rather than leave them behind. - The tops of the tent was dirty but being an evening event we didn't think guests would see it. However one of the side panels (the one along the dessert and favors table) was very dirty and we wound up cleaning it as they failed to return to clean it as promised. Pictures fail to show just how dirty they were but it was very visible in real life. - Ordered lights for inside the tent but they did not check that they all worked. Three of the lights did not work. - Rented the large bar and although it took the entire 5 man crew to get it over the gravel and into the back yard due to the weight, they left it 5 ft short of the concrete patio where we could maneuver it ourselves. I had to call in a couple friends to get it the 5 ft to the patio where I could position it where we wanted it. - I notified them that my yard was not completely level before ordering the dancefloor and I was assured that the crew could level it. There was no attempt to level it which led to a few accidents. - I was not present during the entire delivery as I was running errands for the wedding. When the crew finished they called my wife and said four words, "we're done, sign here!" Well she was already stressed from planning and didn't like how she was spoken to so she signed, handed the clip board back and left. It wasn't until I returned that I found all the errors. Except the tent size, that I noticed early but again Party Bowl offered no remedy. They didn't conduct a walk-thru with her or explain anything before telling her to sign. My wedding was on 11-30-2019 and I rented chair covers, bows, and colored overlays for my wedding ceremony and reception from Party Bowl. They were recommended by my ceremony venue, Keystone Heritage Park. I had two locations that required set up and they were able to accommodate everything I needed done for my big day. The staff was so friendly and they offered their expertise and suggestions for other areas, since they had previously been event planners. Alice and Guillermina were a pleasure to work with. I felt like I knew them and had them on speed dial from all the phone calls I made to make payments and changes (additions) to the order. I am so thankful to have found them. Party Bowl made my day stress-free and beautiful!
