Our experience with Party Savvy for our wedding was excellent and we would work with them again. While they are a bit on the expensive side, their reliability, flexibility, and professional approach were worth the investment. Party Savvy was recommended to us by our day-of coordinator (Epic Event Planning by Jessica and Courtney) because they had previously worked with them for weddings at our unique outdoor venue. Party Savvy provided us with tents+lighting, tables+linens, chairs, high chairs, coolers, drink dispensers, and kid sized tables+chairs While they are more expensive than other rental companies that we considered, they offer clear-top tents, which was a requirement. Our contact at Party Savvy was Mindy, who was friendly, engaged, and always quick to respond by email. She came with us to the venue a few months before the wedding, discussed potential configurations, and made measurements to make sure that everything would fit. She was interested in our vision and realistic about what would and would not work. As our rental plan evolved over the next few months, she always provided an up-to-date estimate. Two days before the wedding, the weather forecast was looking good. Party Savvy canceled some of the tents at no charge, which was an unexpected bonus as we had anticipated eating that cost. The set-up crew was on time, efficient, put everything where it was needed, and friendly.
