Paul lives, eats, breathes and sleeps detailing. He literally has a tattoo about detailing. He gives you pictures and updates and his work is thorough. We had a boba tea disaster in our Rivian thanks to the kids dropping 20 oz of milk and boba balls in between the seats and the floor. After a couple days it smelled nasty. He got in there, pulled out the carpet and the bolted on seats, got under the upholstery into the foam, and painstakingly alternated enzyme and ozone treatment. Car came back clean and smelling great, you would have never known about the carnage. And he fixed a couple of scratches for free just because he was mad about how terrible the last person who fixed it did. It took 2.5 days because the treatments had to cycle, but he came in on a Sunday to finish it just so we could get the car back. I respect that he also employs a lot of folks in his shop and patiently teaches them the trade. I will never go to a greedy corporate shop again.

Our cars were invaded by rodents. In our GMC Yukon XL, they chewed up the seatbelts until it was unsafe to drive it. In our Tesla, they had already caused $5k in damages to the suspension, and had set off another alert chewing through some wires. Then... something died in the Tesla, and it smelled like hell. Paul and his team took on both vehicles. Paul and his team found exactly where the rodents were hiding (some were nesting in the car...). They found exactly where one had died, in a difficult-to-reach location in the Tesla that required removing a bunch of paneling. They combed over every inch of the cars for damage and repaired it all. They even patched things up and fixed things in a way that will hopefully prevent the rodents from ever getting in. The cars came back looking and smelling like nothing had happened to them. To do this, they worked weekends, early mornings, etc., to get our cars back to us as fast as possible. Paul was incredibly communicative, sending over dozens of pictures as they did the work, asking questions at the right times, etc. I felt like I got great service on two vehicles that ended up being difficult jobs. I hopefully never have this problem ever again in my life... but if I do, or anything like it, I know where to go.

I love my car again! I spilled an entire iced latte in my console and it completely soaked into the car. The smell was awful, like a moldy milky hell. Nothing I tried worked. Paul went above and beyond to fix it. He deep cleaned everything, and found that the milk had seeped underneath the mats and was molding. He explained every step of the way, gave me options and recommendations for how he could fix it that were cost effective, and was honest about pricing and flexible with timing. My car looks and smells amazing now, (it smells like clean air 😍!!) it’s like nothing ever happened. I’m so grateful for his work and can’t recommend him enough.

When I arrived at Paul’s Detailing shop, I came in to do a deep clean on a car I had just bought. From the moment I walked in, Paul was extremely nice, kind, and welcoming. He took the time to explain everything to me, was honest about the work that needed to be done, and made sure I understood what to expect. After doing a full review of the car together, we discovered an unbelievable amount of trash, dirt, and even mold under the back seat it was honestly disgusting. But Paul didn’t hesitate for a second. He got right to work and put in the time and effort to make the car look brand new again. The before and after difference is unreal (you can see it in the pictures). I couldn’t be more grateful and amazed by his work. Paul is truly passionate about what he does, and it shows in every detail. He’s not just good at his job, he’s exceptional. I can’t recommend Paul’s Detailing enough for any kind of car cleaning or detailing work you need. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it makes all the difference.

A couple days ago at the time of this review (10/27/25), my car had a pretty noticeable series of scratches that definitely needed more than just a basic wash to remove. Paul was the first person to respond to my inquiry and had the chance to assess it in person within an hour of my call. He assessed the damage, provided a full breakdown of what he would do and how he priced out his services. He even pointed out small nicks and scratches I had not seen already. Within a day of the initial inspection, he came out and got my car looking as good as new again, with a full documentation of the process from start to finish. His pricing is very competitive and his response time was ultra-quick. If you're in need of a well-priced, high quality service on your car, Paul is the man to call!
