We brought our cat only for about 5 days. Although my cat was super scared which is normal for her in new places - they shared updates constantly with us, available for calls through out the day and most importantly was able to give her her inhaler twice a day as she needs. So many places do not take sick animals who need medication administered. This was about the 6th place I called and the first place that said an inhaler is no problem at all. I almost cried. She came home with new meows but her health was the same as when we left her with them. Guarantees us they took great care of her needs. Will definitely come back another time!

CAT BOARDING REVIEW Maybe they are great for dogs but I would really do your research before taking your cat here. I dropped my cat over Christmas because I had no other option and needed to travel back home. When I arrived it was so so so loud of dogs constantly barking and my cat was terrified. I asked to see where she was going to be staying and they wouldn’t let me because they said you had to walk through the dogs. I actually left in floods of tears I felt like an awful cat mum but unfortunately I had no option because I had to travel for family. They did send pictures of her when she was there which was nice. But she returned with a scratch on her face from another cat which she now has a scar from. I would not return and now I never leave my cat anywhere and I was really upset with the whole thing.

Had a stellar experience boarding my cat, Basil, here for a week while traveling abroad! She seemed to have such a great time with the staff, who all treated her with care and love. The team here is incredible and I’d recommend this place for convenience, reliability, and location (the Chelsea location is unmatched and very accessible). Love this place and so does Basil!

Finding a trustworthy dog boarding facility in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood felt daunting, but this place made it easy. From my first visit, the friendly staff reassured me that my doggo was in the best hands. They’re attentive, professional, and clearly cared about my dog’s individual needs. A special shoutout to Sade, who took the time to get to know my dog’s personality and made it comfortable for me to leave him. The facility is great, well-designed, and perfectly secure, with cozy rest areas and plenty of playtime. I received regular updates, and my dog was so happy throughout his stay! If you’re looking for the best dog boarding or daycare in Chelsea, this is it. I’m grateful to have finally found a place I can trust fully. Highly recommend and my doggo can hardly wait for his next visit.

We dropped off our little lovely Lucy! As we made clear, she will cry for us very loud for the first two or so days. As she did, and she was cared for! Other spots have told us “No.” the second we mention her separation anxiety. Paws in Chelsea was happy to take her, they sent tons of photos and emails! Being first time boarding dog parents we were nervous. They made it easy and helpful by sending so many emails and amazing photos. We picked her up in good shape too. She was is a very happy dog and I’m glad we found our new spot here!
