These guys are awesome! I highly recommend them. Met with Karen who was prepared to give me an estimate on a scraped front bumper. She looked at the car and offered to have her technician rub off the damage before proceeding. Tech did a great job in just a few minutes and the result was good enough that Karen recommended that I touch it up myself instead of spending $$$ on a repair. Great customer service and very trustworthy. Thank you!
Took my truck in for a free estimate for a minor scratch on my door. A super friendly lady came out to look at the minor damage. She then went back in her office and came out with a rag and wiped the damage off, leaving only a minor dent, with no paint damage. I kind of felt like an idiot not having done that, but was happy she did! How nice to have an honest auto repair. She could have made up a bunch of things. Honesty is the best policy for me, and happy to have found them for any future issues.
Perfection Unlimited has made me a lifelong customer! I took my 4Runner here on 11/7 as a third opinion on having my bumper replaced. I was met by Rick who was super helpful. He wrote up an estimate and explained all the line item costs without my having to ask. The other two places didn't do this and so it was immediately clear I was at the right place. Rick also assured me there would be no need to leave my vehicle with them for a week as he would order the bumper, paint it, then would only need half a day to install it. The other two places wanted me to leave my car for a week which was annoying because I wasn't going through insurance and so would have meant having to pay for a car rental out of pocket. Lastly, Perfection Unlimited's estimate was lower than the other two estimates I had received. So I gave Rick money to order the bumper on 11/7 and they had it painted and ready by 11/13. I dropped it off at 0830 on 11/17 and they called me to say it was ready by 12:30pm. The bumper looks great and the color matched up perfectly. I will return to Perfection Unlimited in the future for all my auto body needs.
Jessica at this place is the man. She is wonderful, nice, considerate. I told her my situation, and she offered to help and create a plan to help with my finances, offering the cheapest options without upselling and being completely honest. This is THE BEST place, and after 20 minutes my completed dented and scratched side is clean and clear. Talk about a badass. Love love love, thank you!
Came in for auto repair after a hit and run accident. Needed quite a bit of work on the front drivers side wheel and body. They did about $7k worth of work and did a great job coordinating with my insurance company. The car looks better than it did before the accident somehow, and everything runs great. I really appreciated the platinum standard of customer service they provided and I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone I know. I snagged some business cards from them just for people in need of good service. I wish their family all the best and I will be back if I ever need anything!
