Saturday mid-day. Store completely empty. Beautiful store. Tried to get help from gray haired woman doing something at the front. She made it clear she wasn't interested in helping me much. Seemed annoyed by my questions. Gave me as little help as she could. Very dismissive. STORE EMPTY. Went to check out. Buying four items, no thanks to gray haired woman. I should have left but the store is so pretty. The man who checked me out was not young, an older? black man. Could not be arsed to smile. Not welcoming nor pleasant. Neither of them were busy, the store was EMPTY on a sunny Saturday. I spent close to $80 dollars & might have spent more if they didn't make it clear they weren't interested in my business. I almost never write reviews but this was a very bad experience. I won't be going there again anytime soon when I can go to any number of other stores with similar merch. I feel really bad for the owners with this big beautiful store that's empty and employees who can't be arsed to be pleasant. Fire those two.

I purchased a large bag of dog food after being directly told by staff that if the food caused an allergic reaction, I could return or exchange it. My dog did experience a reaction, so I returned to the store to request an exchange exactly as advised. Upon returning, the employee, Shayla, became dismissive, refused to honor the exchange policy that was communicated to me, and spoke to me in a condescending tone as though I was inconveniencing her. When I asked for the customer service phone number to speak with someone higher up, Shayla provided a fake, disconnected phone number. This was not an accidental mistake. I verified the number online and found the correct corporate number immediately. The number she gave me corresponded to a completely different city and was not associated with the company. This indicates intentional avoidance of accountability and deceptive behavior. The interaction left me with serious concerns about the business practices at this location, including: 1. Misrepresentation of return/exchange policy 2. Manipulative sales practices encouraging a larger purchase 3. Refusal to honor the policy when the product caused a medical issue 4. Providing a knowingly false customer service number to prevent escalation This is not only unprofessional, it shows a systemic disregard for customer rights and pet welfare.

Oh how we love ourselves some Pet Foods Express, and in particular all the groovy staffers at this spic and span location in south Beverly Hills. My doggie goes wild for gently cooked frozen food from A Pup Above - we do all the chicken, turkey, and beef packages (no pork for my Shih Tzu), and they have an amazing deal - buy 4, pay for 3. To save that kind of money is no joke, especially if you have a large or more than one dog. Can't wait for the rewards card to start (maybe next year), because this is one superb pet foods retailer :-)

People that work at pet Food express really care about our pets. They guarantee their products so if pets don't like them you can return them(soon). Such of a wide variety of foods, so any finicky cat will find some foods they like! Now all your purchases will be stored by your phone number for safekeeping. 💖🐾🐾

This has been the greatest place where I can bring my Chihuahua to get her favorite food and treats. The staff are always so warm and welcoming. I used to take my dog to Sparkys for grooming. I now take Daisy to Pet Food Express since they have a washing area at the rear of the store where you can pick from 3 different shampoos. The store is always clean and the prices are competitive. They have a bakery for your pet and you can go home with a cat since they do cat adoptions here also. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Pet Food Express Team
