Good gym. I like that the staff really care about cleanliness, and the machines are always in good condition. The spa area is also kept in perfect shape

Edit April 27, 2026: water fountain was back working for a few weeks, then it’s no longer working. Gym with NO drinking water is UNACCEPTABLE. No water for three weeks now. Front desk staffs are nice except for one guy with glasses who’s always rude no matter what. Some machines and weights have been out of order since I signed up three months ago. This is crazy. Also have I mentioned about no drinking water for three weeks now?

Since there is no corporate number you can call on the weekends, I had to post this here. Even then all they do is document your complaint, I had to post this here. The water fountain is out of order in the gym and they have no alternatives other than purchase their drinks. Unacceptable and no one should have to purchase water to workout it. Even if you brought your own water, once you run out that’s it. The front desk can’t help you because they have no knowledge of when it’s being fixed. They didn’t offer any additional discounts for their beverages. The sensible thing for the manager to do would be to purchase a few cases of water for the gym to have and distribute them to members while the machine is down. They simply put a sign up. This is unacceptable but it’s always something with planet fitness.
