I hired Plum & Poppy for wedding coordination. Everyone on the team was amazing to work with. I received so many compliments from family, friends, and guests about their hard work. Sarah was very quick to respond to my questions and had great advice. Sarah became the main point of contact a couple months out for all of my vendors too. She took care of any scheduling issues or questions which was so helpful. I worked with Erin on the day of my wedding and she was the best. They did not give my dad a bow tie with his tux and she ensured she found one that matched. Erin did a great job checking in on us throughout the day too. She and the other two girls helped bustle my dress which was very sweet of them. I was stress free when working with Plum & Poppy and knew I was in good hands! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and everything I have ever dreamed of. I highly recommend Plum & Poppy!!
Sarah Keeker/ Plum and Poppy did an exceptional day of and more helping my daughter’s wedding run flawlessly. The wedding and reception took place on my property with all the nuances of an experienced venue and all the challenges of home. Sarah and her team executed this event seamlessly even though it was riddled with unexpected features and creative extras. Their willingness and ability to embrace all of the unusual features (petting zoo, knife piñata, a calliope, a lantern parade, DIY floral) is a tribute to Plum and Poppy’s creative spirit and making sure the clients vision is realized. I highly recommend their services. They are professional, smart, experienced and they roll up their sleeves to make sure every thing is done and done well. We could not be more pleased.
My Husband and I could not have had the most perfect relaxing day without Sarah and her team. From the weeks beforehand to the last item being cleaned up, Sarah and her team took amazing care of us and all of our friends and family. Sarah knew all of the questions to ask without overloading us with information. Took care of set up and tear down and the whole day was ahead of schedule. If you are feeling overwhelmed at all and questioning whether or not to get help, do it and make sure to use this company!
We reached out to Sarah and her team a year and a half before our wedding date to see if working with them would be a good fit. Luckily, it was a great fit and we had a wonderful experience working with Plum and Poppy! Every step of the way, Sarah was able to help me out with what questions I had and reach out to our vendors with everything we needed. Leading up to my wedding date, Sarah and I had frequent calls and emails with the urgent questions and matters we needed to have. My wedding day was perfect and was everything I had dreamed it would be. When I told Sarah the vision, we were definitely on the same wave length. Come our wedding day, Sarah and her team were amazing. They handled everything that had to do with the vendors, kept our timeline running and made sure everything was perfect from the details of setting up, to helping me with my dress bustle, and making sure our stuff fit into the car afterwards. For any couple looking for a wedding planner, Plum and Poppy is my top recommendation.
