I LOVE this store specifically! They have the BEST customer service! Today, was a great reminder. I received a light with cracked glass. I needed it asap for our home build so I called to see if they happened to have it in stock. Jeremiah told me I could bring it in and he would help me with the return ensuring I got the replacement as soon as possible. It will be here next week and if I did this on my own it would have probably taken closer to a month. Jeremiah was on the phone with customer service making sure I got the best experience possible. While I shopped multiple people checked on me. I am so grateful to have a place I can truly enjoy shopping at. Thank you!

Don't buy the Everson Rectangle Coffee Table. There is a weird film on the glass as it looks like it is dusty. No matter what we have done to clean it, nothing works. I only had a week to return it, but I don't live in Omaha as of yet. I called from our other home a few hours away. I was without a way to return it within 30 days, so now I am stuck with it. Manager could only say, "It looks like this isn't the coffee table for you. You can bring it back." No extension offered or anything. The table is clearly defective. Might be nice if the return policy was changed to longer than 30 days.
