I had 2 young rabbits. A brother and a sister named Lucas and Luna. I unfortunately had to put the brother (Lucas) down yesterday. I noticed since the day I purchased them that Lucas had a vertigo issue. And tends to lean to one side a lot. I made this vet office aware of it on the first visit. They told me to monitor it. Uh duh I have been. Thats why I brought it up that day of their doctor visit. I had to take them back for the next visit in 30 days to get the second vaccination shot. Told them no changes still very noticeable tilting and now he's losing weight. They weighted Lucas and said that he gained a few kg so they don't see the issue there. Which I found out was a lie and told me to reach back out to the actual veterinarian due to her being out of office that day and they vet doctor I was seeing was covering her shift. Being a truck driver I try to stick with one doctor office for my fur babies and overtime Lucas condition will get slightly better the worse the next so a few weeks later I decided to take him somewhere else found out from a whole new vet office in Florida btw...that Lucas had a parasite that the vet office in Nebraska should have took my word of concern and looked into it right then and there because I could have caught it early and saved my rabbit I had no choice but to put my baby down instead of seeing him suffer. Will not be back with any of my babies to be seen at this facility in the future.

This was my first visit to this facility. All my questions were answered .. I was treated with respect, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. MORE IMPORTANTLY .. they treated my dog with loving care .. and that spoke volumes to me about their professionalism. From the Receptionists to the Technicians to the Dr .. they were ALL very professional and personable. I will definitely be using this facility in the future for any and all of my pets care.

I had an excellent experience at Prairie Lane Veterinary Hospital. The staff were so very nice and had an appointment available within an hour. The Dr. was very thorough with the exam of my dog and we did not feel rushed. They went above and beyond my expectations.
