Took my Breitling to this shop to get the battery replaced. Big mistake...the guy that owns the shop started tinkering with it and broke the crown on the watch. It was working totally fine before I brought it in here and now I'm stuck with thousands of dollars in repairs. Basically, I just stood there and watched him destroy a $9,000 watch and couldn't do anything about it. I would sue but can't prove that he did but he definitely did. Don't bring any high end timepieces to this guy or you'll regret it.

Wonderful experience! Needed a watch repaired due to a faulty repair performed at someone else’s repair shop. Craig promptly fixed everything for me for a very fair price. I also needed a new watch and and he found one that was perfect. Highly recommend!

Came in to get two watch batteries replaced and was very happy with how welcoming they were. Additionally, the wait was virtually nothing (was in and out in less than 20 minutes) on a Saturday afternoon. Would 100% recommend !!

These guys are awesome - we've been trying to get a watch battery changed forever. We've gone to multiple places with no luck, walked in here and BOOM within 5 minutes we had a new battery. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a battery and will be using them in the future without hesitation.
