I cannot say enough amazing things about this blow dry bar! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like absolute royalty. The atmosphere is chic, welcoming, and spotless, and the entire staff is beyond friendly. My stylist truly listened to what I wanted and somehow managed to exceed my expectations in every possible way. If you are looking for a place that delivers luxury, confidence, and perfection every single time, this is it. I will never go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!

Lorena did an amazing job with my extension installation and move up. She’s incredibly skilled, professional, and made the whole process effortless. I didn’t have a single issue between the initial install and the move-up, which really shows the quality of her work. If you’re looking for extensions and want someone you can trust to do them right, I highly recommend Lorena. She’s fantastic at what she does!

I booked on class pass a while back and this was the rudest service I’ve ever received. Granted I was late by 10 min (I was new to the city and got stuck behind the train) but it wasn’t intentional, nonetheless when you’re working with guests, it’s not okay to be super duper passive aggressive. I called them to let them know ahead of time and already on the phone they were giving me attitude. Cool. I’m about to see you. I came in a few minutes earlier than my eta and their stated grace period was 15 minutes and I got there exactly 9 minutes after my scheduled reservation. The second I got there she almost scolded me for being late, rolling her eyes, the whole nine. we went back and forth because she said she was going to charge me a late fee. (Again this only applies after the grace period) I really dont remember the exact exchange as I am writing this a few months later because honestly I was scared to lol. But she tried being nice after the fact but I had been so turned off I vowed to never spend my money here again.
