We used QC Catering for our company holiday party. Chloe McCann was an absolute dream to work with! She was responsive and accommodating even though we werent the easiest clients. Everyone on the QC team was amazing to work with and the food is delicious (dessert bar and late night bites are a must). All around incredible and easy process with them. Highly recommend.

QC Catering did an exceptional job for our ScentAir holiday party with over 200 guests in attendance. From the moment guests arrived, their team was already serving appetizers at the door, which immediately set a great tone for the evening. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was even better. Their lead was attentive throughout the event—constantly checking in, making sure everything was running smoothly, and ensuring both our team and guests were well taken care of. They even thoughtfully packaged leftover food for us to take home, which truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Heather Hofman, COO, who has been an absolute delight to work with. Her partnership and attention to detail truly go above and beyond, and it shows in the experience her team consistently delivers. Our leadership team were extremely impressed with the professionalism, care, and overall execution. We highly recommend QC Catering and look forward to working with them again next year.

We hired QC Catering for my wife’s 45th birthday celebration at Vue’s 50th floor sky lounge in uptown, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. The event was phenomenal, and we’re still receiving compliments days later. My wife even said the catering and overall experience surpassed our wedding at Trump National on Lake Norman—which, for the record, was surprisingly affordable in 2016 when bookings were scarce! What impressed our guests most was the seamless service. No one ever waited for food or drinks. The staff had an incredible presence—attentive and responsive without being intrusive. We came in with high expectations, and my sister (a former hospitality professor) set the bar even higher. QC Catering cleared it with room to spare. My sister has already declared that if we host another event, she wants the exact same team: same staff, same food, same bartenders. That tells you everything you need to know. Ashley deserves special recognition—she’s an outstanding leader who runs an exceptionally tight operation. Her staff clearly respects her, and she handled every last-minute curveball we threw her way with grace and precision. Bea and Chere were equally exceptional on the planning side, managing everything from menu customization to venue coordination, liquor licensing, and somehow making sense of our admittedly scattered communication. We weren’t the easiest clients, but they made it look effortless. If you’re considering QC Catering, stop deliberating and book them. They deliver excellence, period.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I wasn’t going to write a review, but my experience with QC Catering has been weighing on me. I chose this company for our housewarming because of their great reviews and was looking forward to an stress-free event. Unfortunately, the opposite happened. Our housewarming was on a Saturday, two days after Thanksgiving. I was charged extra for weekend hours and delivery, which I expected and had no issue with. The woman I worked with was VERY kind, patient, and accommodating when editing my menu several times. The problem was the actual food. I paid around $1,000 for light hors d’oeuvres (this includes fees) for 30 people, and what I received was barely enough for 10. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked, and the dessert bars which I expected to be an assorted mix were essentially one or two basic items. The quality and quantity did not match what I paid for and I’m extremely disappointed. I decided to cater specifically to avoid stress on the day of our event, but instead I had to scramble last-minute, ordering extra food through DoorDash and Uber Eats, spending a few hundred dollars more just to feed our guests. In hindsight, I wish I had gone that route from the beginning. This experience ended up costing me more time, money, and stress than I could have imagined, and I was very disappointed in what should have been a simple and enjoyable service for the money spent.

We used QC Catering for our wedding day, and they were incredible. It’s been a few months since our wedding and we still have guests talking about the food. Everything was beautifully displayed, and the team was so kind, professional, and accommodating. The tasting was also a lot of fun, we felt like they took the time to help us figure out every detail. We loved that there were a variety of options for guests with dietary preferences and restrictions. Hands-down the best food at a wedding I’ve ever had. Such an unforgettable part of our day!
