I started bringing my senior cat here last summer and the experience has been amazing. Everyone is kind, attentive, timely with responses and information, and best of all, I'm able to book appointments online quickly for the very next day. Plus there's free parking right next to the building as well, which makes things so much easier and less stressful. While my cat isn't happy with vet visits, I'm grateful for Queen West Animal Hospital and the experience I've had there so far.

We’ve been bringing our Olde English Bulldogs (Fred, George, and Cliff) to Queen West Animal Hospital for years (well, months for Cliff the puppy) and today they once again reminded us why we trust them so much. We recently noticed an issue with George - and knew there was potential for grave news. Dr. Ng, who listened carefully and thoroughly examined George, shared our concern, and recommended further investigation and biopsy requiring surgery. Thankfully, it turned out to be a best-case scenario, but what truly stood out was the care throughout the process. From consultation to intake to prep, recovery and discharge, the entire team was compassionate and incredibly clear. They took time to explain everything, checked in after George went home, and genuinely cared about how we were doing as pet parents. Even team members not directly involved took a moment to connect, which speaks volumes. It’s table stakes that an animal hospital cares for animals, but Queen West delivers on the human side of veterinary care too. Our pups are lucky to have them, and so are we.

Dr Ng is such a great vet! Always spot on with her diagnosis and treatment plan. Lovely person too!:) I’ve been going there for years with my newer and previous dog. Overall, good clinic, spacious and well organised.

Always goes above and beyond for our anxious dog! Even at their busiest they're patient, and I always feel like they take their time in handling my stressed out pup in a respectful and mindful way that doesn't push him too far. I always feel well informed to make decisions based on the information they give, and I'm only given recommendations for what is absolutely necessary. Specifically, Dr. Vedrana Rakocevic has been exceptional regarding a recent surgery our dog went through. She emailed me to confirm the anxiety protocol from our Behavioural vet, and her follow up, care, and recommendations for some post-surgery complications were prompt and straightforward.

Their treatment of Rudy throughout her long life was excellent and we are so grateful for their kindness and care when it came time to say goodbye to her. I really can’t thank you enough, and if Rudy were here (and could speak 😊), I know she would thank you too 🙏❤️
