I filled out a form to get a quote for what I needed for my event and never heard back. I called up there myself twice to see what was going on and both times they said they would get back to me after having a conversation about what I needed and have never heard back. Don’t rely on them. I guess they are only interested in working with Big events and companies. A wedding of 100 people seems too small for them to care about.

I can't stress enough that this place is a joke. Very poorly managed and no cares at all about customer satisfaction. They don't care because they are the biggest event company and know they will still get your business. I know that many of the last 5 star reviews are current employees. There is no concern about their employees. Run them like dogs during the summer and cut their hours during the winter. Good job management. Just be cautious if you place an order. They usually won't call you with problems until the day before or day after. Make sure you tell your salesperson you want to know inventory during the first conversation. They will make the sale with no regards for the inventory on hand. If you choose them for your event, well good luck and wish you the best. If you have no issues with your event then go buy a lottery ticket because you are extremely lucky.

All Seasons Event Rental provides the table, chairs & tent for our annual event. They are fast, friendly & efficient! All Seasons is wonderful to work with from quote to tear down. This was the first time we had an issue with our order; however, they quickly rectified the situation. I received calls immediately from the Plant & Distribution offices . And, the Event Planner called me during his vacation! Each department was concerned & wanted to ensure we were satisfied. And, we were! Great customer service! The gentlemen who set up the tent were also great to work with & very accommodating. Thank you for everything! Were very pleased with the set up for our event.
