I’ve been using Rabbit Jumps for years — first for my son’s birthday parties (jumpies, waterslides, tables, chairs… you name it). As my needs grew, so did their support. They’ve helped outfit events at my place of work, Equator Coffees in San Rafael, with tents, canopies, tables, and chairs, always with the same reliable service and fair pricing. Recently, for my son’s 8th-grade graduation party at Our Lady of Loretto, they handled tables, chairs, linens, and more — flawlessly, as always. And when I called last minute this week, frantic over a sudden forecast of rain for our 125+ person outdoor football celebration, they came through AGAIN with a 20x30 canopy, ready to deliver the next day. Rabbit Jumps is everything you want in a business: small, local, family-owned, and part of our parish and school community. They are dependable, responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. I can’t recommend them highly enough — support small businesses like Rabbit Jumps. They’re true gems! 💛

I've hired Rabbit Jumps for more than ten years. I hired them for my son's birthday party after using them for my wedding reception. Then in a professional capacity, I hired them for the launch of my non-profit, we celebrated with a tea party and a giant tent for shade with tables and chairs from Rabbit Jumps. Easy, kind, courteous delivery setup and takedown. You can't ask for more!
Chairs and tables were delivered and picked up late. Made it so I had to set up during the start of my event and not be able to enjoy it. Also had to cancel my doctors appointment because pick up was also late and was not communicated at all with about delays on their end I had to call MANY times to get ahold of anyone. Receptionist was kind. Said was going to attempt to get a little discount for all inconveniences and when I tried to ask drivers if there was any discount happening he wouldn’t even acknowledge what I was saying or listen so paid full amount. Will not recommend anyone to work with them and had a horrible time at my event due to their poor time management and lack of communication. Also do not appreciate the lack of discount all things considered. Edit: was sent a partial refund and appreciate that.
