I have been going to Randall’s for over 20 years now. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They are trust worthy and reliable. Robert and his team are amazing and so personable. Herman is wonderful and very knowledgeable. If you need a reliable mechanic, this is your place! Thank you Robert and team. Appreciate you all!

I called them and made an appointment. I was 15 minutes late and had no problem when I got there. They did the alignment and actually took a pictures of other problems my car needs to have repaired. They went over their report with me and explained everything. The guys that work there are very respectful and helpful. I give them a five star rating.

We went for a repair estimate on our 22yo Pontiac Vibe. They brought us in the same day which was appreciated. The reception area was clean, and the staff was polite. The bathroom is also very clean which is important. My ex husband was a mechanic, his father owned a very similar garage in NY, and I was prepared for the games. Except there weren't any. They were direct and upfront about the repairs and costs, and didn't try to talk me into other repairs, or an air filter (silliest upsell ever) Unfortunately, the repairs were more than the car was worth, so we purchased another car and let that poor car rest in peace. I took one star off, for parking, and because our family garage never charged anyone for a quart of oil if it was low, we would have just told them we topped it off for them. I guess they just needed to get some $ out of me. I would probably not bring my new car to them because their rates are quite high, and my ex said they would have quoted $300 less. So this garage is probably not for us, but it's clean and pretty, and they are very nice and up front which is rare at a garage.

My previous mechanic retired and thank God I found Randall’s! They have serviced all three of my current vehicles from inspections to mechanical needs. They always provide suggestions of future maintenance that you can budget for and plan around with pictures and descriptions. Their pricing is very competitive. I’m very pleased with the work ethic and staff as well. Very friendly folks. They will definitely keep my business!

I’ve lived in Greensboro for a few years now and Randall was recommended to me by a Greensboro native that I knew before I came here. I’ve taken my 2007 Honda to them several times during my time here for all manner of things from oil changes to more complex repairs. They’ve done a bang up job every time in both quality and timing. Their repairs/replacements have always stood up, and their timing is terrific. A very quick and efficient team apparently. Multiple times have I expected to be receiving my car the next day or even perhaps a few days and they often call me later the same day and say it is done. Also, cost is very fair! And the online portal they use for agreeing to certain things is easy to use. They’ll asses your car thoroughly (for free), then they’ll text you a link that brings you to a checklist of everything that could be done, including the main issue(s), and the various prices of how much each thing would be. You check what you want and agree and they get to work immidiately! Highly recommend, some great guys over there!! Genuine people who care about doing right by others in my experience. Graham Blust
