Choosing a venue sight-unseen is always a gamble, but hosting our event at Reign was the best decision I could have made. If you are looking for a versatile space and a team that genuinely cares about your event's success, this is it. I booked the entire venue, and the layout was incredible. The multiple rooms allowed us (Chievina Kneeland was the decor vendor) to create distinct "zones": we used the main room as the “dance hall” space, the smaller room as “the lounge” where guests could catch their breath and engage in conversation, and the outdoor patio was set up as a cigar lounge which seamlessly transitioned from the lounge - a sophisticated touch that our guests absolutely loved. The linens package was a game changer and took a lot of coordinating stress off my shoulders too. The staff was exceptional. A huge shout-out to the bartenders who were absolute machines! They worked tirelessly to keep up with our thirsty crowd and mixed our signature drinks perfectly every single time. Planning an event from out of town is notoriously stressful. Since I couldn't be there in person initially, Breyona, the coordinator, was a total lifesaver. She went above and beyond by conducting FaceTime tours so I could see the spaces in real-time and being incredibly flexible and coordinating her schedule to meet me when I was finally in town for an on-site viewings and planning. Most importantly, Breyona was patient and responsive, even making allowances for a few of my own planning mishaps. Her professionalism took a huge weight off my shoulders. Reign is beautiful, flexible, and backed by a stellar team. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for those coordinating logistics from a distance!
