Yuri was responsive and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my GE Monogram refrigerator/freezer immediately and had it repaired for n 24 hours. I am so grateful for his expertise and service.

Makes 100% sense why they have five star reviews only Fair, transparent, and most importantly, incredibly honest hard to find in this industry They repaired at our cocktail icemaker In our dacor fridge Coincidentally our Samsung fridge And instead of up charging us, they recommended that the particular part was still under warranty and for us to contact Samsung and sure enough Samsung came out and repaired it. Here’s an example of a company that truly could’ve made an extra $800-$1000 but turned that down because of honesty Thank you!!

Our fridge wasn't cooling. I called about 4 different repair places, but Reliant Appliance Repair is the only one that answered the phone and sent a technician the same day. John came over quickly within an hour of the original call, and was able to diagnose the issue with the fridge. We are on the fence regarding repairs vs getting a new fridge, and he gave us good recommendations for reliable brands if we wanted to buy a new fridge. Since he was here, we also got him to look at our dryer that was making noise. John was able to diagnose the issue and fix the dryer. Highly recommend this company - they are fast to respond, and quick to address the issues. The house visit was $65 and it goes towards the price of repair or replacement. This was much better than other places I called that wanted $130 for the house visit on top of repair costs.
