We are sharing this review not out of spite, but out of genuine disappointment. My wife has been a monthly member for a long time and has spent a significant amount on treatments here. I later transferred my monthly procedures to the same location. We have always been loyal customers, always paid without issue, and even donated a substantial amount to support a staff member who was going through a serious illness. Unfortunately, over the past several months, the customer service from the front desk and checkout staff has declined sharply. The final breaking point for us was the inconsistency in billing and procedure pricing. We have never questioned charges in the past and have always been open to trying new treatments. But when my wife asked for clarification on the cost of her most recent procedure — due to confusion between what was quoted and what was billed — she was treated as if she was doing something wrong. Instead of offering help, the staff made her feel belittled and embarrassed. We called to cancel her membership and hoped management would reach out, especially considering how long we’ve been clients and the support we’ve shown. Sadly, no one returned our call. After everything we’ve invested — financially and personally — it was incredibly disheartening to feel like we did not matter at all. This experience has been emotional and disappointing for both of us, and we hope the business takes this feedback seriously so others don’t have the same experience.

I first met Dr. Champlain when she was treating my wife who loved her. I needed to be screened and was able to make a same day appointment! My visit was efficient and thorough and on time. Dr.Champlain is very kind, professional, smart and easy to talk to. I think my exam was done to the highest standard in a comfortable setting. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Champlain and Revival Dermatology.

I had hoped to give this office a full five stars, as my doctor is truly exceptional. However, I feel compelled to share an interaction that left me unexpectedly hurt. When checking out, the staff member at the front desk (short, with long black hair) seemed noticeably disengaged and dismissive. I may or may not have looked my best that morning — my mother is currently hospitalized with ovarian cancer, and the stress has taken a toll — but a book should never be judged by its cover. My visit was urgent due to severe itching and discomfort, and I was already doing my best to hold myself together. Despite my efforts to be polite and wish her a good day, I received no acknowledgment whatsoever. It may seem like a small moment, but in a time when I was emotionally fragile, it made me feel even worse. As a district manager in a major retail company, I know firsthand how much the first and last points of contact shape a guest’s entire experience. A simple greeting or a bit of warmth can make an enormous difference, especially for someone quietly carrying a heavy burden. I share this not out of anger, but in hopes that it encourages greater sensitivity and compassion. The medical care here is excellent, and with more attentive front-desk service, the overall patient experience could truly reflect that same level of excellence.

Revival Dermatology was a great experience as a new client. Lisa Guidry Pruett, MD, FAAD provided high quality care and advice. I didn't feel like she rushed to get to the next client. Same for Christian. Highly recommend. Easy check in on line. Bonus- no pay to park :-)

Dr. Jon is an amazing doctor. He listens to my concerns and is thoughtful with recommendation's on treatment options. His office his very nice, staff is very polite and courteous and brought me back to see the doctor before my scheduled appointment time. Scheduling was quick and easy as is parking and locating the office. I highly recommend this practice!
