We had a great experience working with AJ throughout our rental process. We had applied through the portal, toured the home, and ultimately signed the lease with clear instructions and full access to the tenant portal for payments and move-in details. I’ll be honest — I was initially skeptical about part of the deposit process, especially given how common rental scams are these days. AJ took the time to walk us through everything, explained their procedures clearly, and helped us understand how they operate as a local and up-and-coming property management company. His communication and professionalism made all the difference, and we wouldn’t have moved forward with this property if not for him. AJ is the real deal, and I’d absolutely recommend working with him.

As an attorney and as a renter, I have worked with many real estate agents over the years, and I can honestly say that AJ Wells is one of the most professional I have ever met. I’ve made a lot of questionable decisions this year, but choosing River Valley Property Management was definitely one of the best. As a first-time homeowner, I felt completely supported from day one. From my first inquiry to finding great tenants, everything happened within a couple of weeks. AJ Wells has truly gone above and beyond. One instance that stood out was when my property alarm went off and he personally went to the house to shut it off, saving me a stressful 3+ hour drive from the Bay Area to Sacramento. He also helped me find a landscaper and kept me updated throughout the process. Truly, they're responsive, caring, and genuinely invested in their clients. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their property is in good hands. We were helping my sister find an affordable place to rent. We found just the right place for her in El Dorado Hills. We contacted Leisa Wells about it and she was, to say the least, fanrastic! She helped guide us through the rental process, and was an absolute joy to work with. I would highly recommend this management company. All of our questions were answered quickly.
