Terrible experience, we were charged 130$ and when we received our dog back he was still wet. She asked me if i want teeth brushing i literally said no and they still charged me for it. The price was unadjusted for the service that was rendered . I don’t recommend them at all

This business should not be operating in its current condition. The level of unprofessionalism and the way animals are treated here is unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was hostile and dismissive, and the experience only got worse from there. Pet owners trust groomers with members of their family. Based on what I witnessed, this establishment does not meet the standards of care, professionalism, or respect that any responsible business should uphold. Management needs to seriously reevaluate their practices. Until significant changes are made, I strongly believe this business should not continue serving the public.
