Do not use this service. I signed up for the monthly service. I had ants, they came out and helped but the ants came back 2 weeks later. When I called to have someone come back out, I assumed they would come out immediately but the earliest was 3 days later. You can't wait 3 days when you have ants all over your house.

I called Rose pest solution due to a roach problem. They were at my place the next day. The tech, Henry, started the mitigation process. He did an excellent job. Every time I have needed additional help he comes out to work on the issue. I am grateful for the speed and efficiency of the company. I highly recommend you use Rose Pest Solutions.

I'll start by saying all of the service technicians and most of the managers were quite kind and responsive. Unfortunately, the sales rep oversold what they could accomplish. He implied that the clothing moth issue would be easily resolved and spoke of all these treatments that would be provided. However the first technician did not come with all of these products and when I tried to reach the rep he was unavailable and never returned my calls. His bosses were easy to deal with but after five months the situation has not been resolved. Don't promise something you cannot deliver. I would not recommend.

Responsive, helpful, great expertise! I’ve called twice with an urgent need to remove a dead rodent and they came within 24 hours, once within a few hours of my call at the end of a fully scheduled day just so I didn’t have to wait until the morning. Very impressive service.

We’ve been subscribers to a regular quarterly service from Rose for years now, and I’m always so happy with the work that they do. Their technicians always arrive on time and they’re always very polite and professional — whoever handles hiring there is doing a great job. Moreover, they’ve kept all pests at bay inside and outside our property ever since we first used them to clear up a sudden ant infestation in our house several years ago. Can’t recommend them more highly!
