Caden was a super nice guy, very respectful and knowledgeable. We had a very routine maintenance job, which he completed quickly and informed us about a couple elements of our unit that we may need to consider for potential repair in the future without pressuring us or attempting to up charge. Price was not necessarily a screaming deal but very reasonable. Would certainly recommend Rusty’s to anyone

Big shoutout to Richard F, my HVAC technician, who did a superb job with our home’s tune up - and explained everything from top to bottom about how my AC system functioned. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable and he made sure to show photos and videos to further demonstrate the problems with my AC unit and how to go about fixing them. I would highly recommend his craftsmanship (he shows he is proud of the work he does) and Rusty’s. I was impressed enough to sign up to be a member, thank you!

We had Rusty’s Water Treatment come out to install a whole home water treatment system, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their communication was excellent — they kept us informed, showed up on time, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how much time they took to explain the different types of systems and how each one works. They broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand, which helped us confidently choose the best option for our family. There was no pressure — just honest, helpful information. The installation was clean and professional, and we are extremely happy with our choice. We’ve already noticed a difference in our water quality. We would absolutely recommend Rusty’s Water Treatment to anyone looking for a whole home system.
