via Google The flooring project I requested from this company was completed last week. I had the entire house, including the stairs, installed with LVP flooring. Before choosing this company, I got several quotes from other stores in the San Antonio area using the same materials, and this place offered the most reasonable price. The installation period was short, and the work was done very neatly.
The installers were all very kind and worked hard. I read reviews about other stores where people complained that leftover materials were dumped in front of their homes or that workers left food and drinks lying around. But the team from this company cleaned everything up perfectly after finishing the job, so I didn’t have to do any extra cleaning myself.
It was a flawless job. I’m truly grateful to everyone who worked on the installation.

I cannot recommend highly enough! From start to finish, their team delivered an absolutely outstanding experience, completely transforming our home.
Our kitchen presented a significant challenge with extremely sloped floors that made everything feel off-kilter. Not only did they expertly address and level these issues, but they also installed beautiful laminate flooring that has completely revitalized the space. It's now perfectly level and looks incredibly modern and clean.
Next, they tackled our crooked kitchen island. They meticulously removed and replaced the old island, sink, disposal, and dishwasher with a stunning new island that is perfectly aligned and functional, becoming the true centerpiece of our kitchen. The attention to detail was remarkable.
Finally, they installed plush new carpet in all the bedrooms.The installation was seamless, and the quality of the carpet is fantastic.
The entire team was professional, honest, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They communicated clearly throughout the process, kept the work area tidy, and completed everything on schedule. The difference in our home is truly night and day. The entire experience was amazing! Customer service was great. Mackenzie went above and beyond to stay in touch with us each step of the way! The owners were awesome! They made the experience seem like we were just planning remodeling with people we had known forever. Greg personally came out on 2 occasions to take down and hang a mirror for us. Everyone made this experience wonderful and I would use them again without a doubt. Also every quote they gave was fair and within our budget! Definitely 10 out of 5 stars!

But Greg too this project on with the intent of over engineering the sub floor to make sure their would be no marble cracks later under a shifting or unsupported floor. Many special screws was done ✔️ until perfect and then a liquid flow was poured. It was amazing to see the Technology change from what we had to jack up was a fractured concrete floor.
Thank you for staying with the project through all the challenges Greg. Now over a year later the floor is perfect and there is zero sound or movement. 🏋🏽♀️ 🥇

Donovan Greenleevia Google I do not recommend SA Flooring's installation services. The installers were late everyday making what was quoted as a 3 day job turn into a 6 day job. Most of the issues we experienced, I initially chose to brush off since the floors were installed with good workmanship, but the fact that we are still dealing with issues days after the installation and that SA Flooring didn't respond to issues brought to them sparked me to leave a review.
Besides the installers always showing up 2-3 hours after the agreed upon start time, there were other problems. We were promised dust-less tile removal and they justified their price based off of this. This was not the case. Dust got everywhere and even made its way upstairs. I removed over 800 sqft of tile prior to hiring them and managed the dust way more efficiently than them. Greg tried to make it up by sending two people over afterwards to clean, but they only cleaned outer surfaces. They didn't clean the dust in the cabinets and drawers which contained the babies dishes and eating utensils as well as our bowls, silverware, plates, cups, etc. I asked them if they could clean inside the cabinets anyway and they replied that they don't usually clean those areas, but will try if they have time. They did not have time. One of the main reasons I wanted professionals to remove the tile in the kitchen was to control the dust better than I could which SA Flooring just could not live up to. To this day, we are still in the process of rewashing everything in the cabinets because of this oversight.
On the topic of cleaning, everyday the installers would leave their energy drinks, water bottles, and lunch trash laying around the house and the outside of the house (I'll include pictures). I assumed they would grab the trash afterwards, but this was not the case. Everyday, I constantly had to go around and cleanup after them once they left. The bottles and cans they left outside would get tossed around by the wind and get into the neighbor's yards. They kept a mound of tile on the front porch which they didn't dispose of until the 6th day.
Going back to the left over monster energy drinks; the last straw was when we came back from out of town to be welcomed by an exploded monster energy drink that they had left in the freezer. The liquid leaked out of the freezer and onto the new floor. Also, the dishwasher lower panel that covers the wires wasn't reinstalled and the second screw is nowhere to be found.
Some of the quarter round that they installed looked like a bad install.
They also neglected to switch the gas valve back on for the oven.
The professionalism demonstrated by those representing this company was very disappointing. I gave two stars because of the actual work performed on the floors was good.
