These guys always do a great job. The techs are always very respectful of my property yet very thorough in the treatments. I've never seen a bug in my house- seriously! I would also like to add that I'm disappointed seeing some of these poor reviews and I have never had a negative experience. They made the terms of the contract clear and I paid for the year up front which was somewhere around $500 which is a great deal. I always get a text letting me know what day they are coming and again on the day of when they are on their way. I am never here and have cameras surrounding my house. They've always had the utmost integrity and do the job right every time (yes, I have reviewed the cameras). I encourage anyone with a bad experience to respectfully reach out to customer service. These are some of the best people I've done business with!

I am paying this company monthly and i cannot do what i need to do via the online portal. I have been calling NONSTOP for a week straight and cannot get on the phone with anyone or a call back. This is ridiculous.

A few months ago we moved into a new house in Kernersville and was approached by a sells guy for Sage. My wife spoke to him and he said one time fee for a years worth of pest control. Sounded like good deal and sells person said they were making a great deal cause the entire neighbor was just built and they were running a special. Fast forward til today and now I am locked in for 12 month at $89 MONTHLY. My wife called and spoke to the lady at the main office and the lady said we can not cancel the contract. BEWARE the sells guys will SCAM you into a contract.

I would not recommend this company. After reviewing my camera footage, I was very disappointed with the service. The technician arrived at 4:48 pm, rang the doorbell once at 4:49 pm, and then returned to his truck without making any further attempts. He sat in his vehicle until 5:01 pm before walking back to leave a “missed visit” note. There was no call or text to let me know he was on the way, and only one attempt was made to reach me at the door. I had specifically declined an earlier appointment time because the later slot was one of the main reasons I chose this company, yet the technician still made very little effort to complete the visit. Overall, it felt like the job was rushed at the end of the day rather than handled with professionalism and care.
